There are many examples and inspirational quotes of famous people along the way. Have you ever wanted to know the meaning behind inspiring quotes? Well, you definitely don't have to look far, as J. Kaye helps the reader to understand exactly what inspiring quotes mean, especially on this topic of reaching goals for the reader. J. Kaye really appreciates his reader. The reader will not have a difficult time setting and reaching goals with this book. The book Practical Positive Guides-The 6 Step Guide to Setting & Achieving Goals is a well written book that if the reader follows the instructions in this book the reader will set and achieve goals. I really appreciate the examples and Key Points. I also enjoy how the book inspires to take action and follow dreams. I can also appreciate how J. Kaye helps the reader to learn and what PERMA, DUMB, and SMART stand for. You can really become a great reader and appreciate quality with this insightful book. I would say, personally, keep and treasure this book and go back to it as often as you can. I would then say buy a few copies as gifts for those special people in your life that are struggling and or feeling sad. This book will cheer up a reader. This book makes stuff happen for the reader.

Very good, very well thought out. On one hand, there may not be much new here that you don't find in reading other positive thinking books. But on the other hand, it is great to get all this in one short resource, well researched, well thought out and put together. Thoughts don't have to be new to be good.
One thing that stands out is the focus on making it practical. The books truly deserves to have that as the first word in the title. There is a whole chapter devoted to putting everything the book taught into practice by showing an example of how one person applied all the steps in their life. The example of building a career in music may not match your situation, but it makes it easy to help translate the teachings of the book into your life by showing how one person did it.
In interest of being fully honest, I did receive a free copy of this book in exchange for the promise of a review. But I did not let that affect my words. If I did not like the book, I would have said so. I can wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone looking for help in organizing your life in a positive way toward achieving your goals. I am very stingy with 5 star reviews, but this book deserves it.
Practical positive psychology by Kaye is a worthwhile book if you want to get on with your life, while at the same time being in a positive frame of mind. I am confident of making $500 a month and I am more than capable of achieving my goals. My next step, next month, is to see the pluses and minuses of this mantra. Also, the book is full of sayings from various gurus to jog one along. It definitely segues along.
