Eighteen years before the events of Run to Earth, the Elementals lived in harmony together in the City of Marwa. But the youngest of the Elementals, Alex Adams, has a secret. One he’s had to keep from his own brother, Christopher, because he knows Chris would never tolerate it.
But with Alex soon coming into his full powers, he knows time’s running out to tell Chris the truth before it’s revealed at his coming-of-age ceremony. With the brotherhood of the Elementals already under strain, will Alex’s secret cost them their unity?
Well, at the end of the book, I was like "WHY DID U FINISH SO EARLY? WE WERE JUST STARTING!" Again, yeah again I closed to book with LOADS OF question marks on my mind. What could have happened just in a short time that could break off such a tightly coupled relationship among the Elementals. Or what and how could someone that I know hardly anything of, the Giovanni, know about it? Before I started the book, I thought I could learn some about them and clear my questions a bit. But instead of learning what kinds of secrets Neriah was keeping, I just could ensure myself that Chris is so damn overprotective... Or instead of learning what could have happened between Hadrian and James, I just saw them having a war of words, then protecting each other to someone else, and just confused myself more... Even though the book confused me more, I literally loved it and wanted to learn their whole story of life. I love the relationship between the brothers, Alex and Chris, Aaron and Kyran. So touching...

You are amazing! This book was amazing! Seriously, it was awesome reading about the Elementals before the war and everything happened. The only problem, is that I want more! Can't I just somehow read about their whole life story somehow?!? It went by way too fast! Fantastic work, as always! You continue to be a favorite of mine Mazhar
