I am a certified Scrum Coach and a Trainer. Having conducted a number of interactive workshops on Scrum for numerous professionals in my career, my students often ask me about the book to refer on Scrum. All we do know is that, there are lots of books in the market and a lot of material available online too. While designing the Scrum Workshop, I did refer to many of these resources. Although I provided these students a list of books to refer yet I always felt the urge to pen a book myself based on my past experience.

At this time, I see the need of a book which will be small, adequate so that a reader can not only read it quickly but also cover all the important features of Scrum. In this book, I have endeavored to garner all the vital features of Scrum which I premeditated from the different books, online material and personal involvement.
