Went over this book with my dad and we found a lot of it very interesting and helpful. He's going to have a class with his doctors soon on the topic so we didn't spend too much time overthinking anything from it, but my favorite section was the chapter on the history of diabetes.

A guide to the causes of diabetes, the damage it does to the body and how it can be treated.

I thought this was a good / informative book.

Reading time around three hours.
