Only if you have this manifestation of the Holy Spirit can you use "divine attribution" as in "I the Lord say to you....." Spiritual Prophecy is the act of speaking forth from the spirit of Christ in you... In other words your own born again spirit. The vast majority of prophecy we hear is this. It is the act of speaking forth from the compassion and faith of your spirit unto the edification, comfort, and exhortation of your fellow believers. Unlike the Supernatural Gift of Prophecy described above... ALL believers can do this. We all have born again spirits, and we can all speak forth out of them.
