I read every book in the Gabriel Allon series. Silva does a great job of weaving real-world political intrigue, religious conflict, espionage and great characters into every novel. Allon's relationship with The Vatican and his invaluable skills have saved the day many times. This speaks volumes to Silva's message that everyone can find common ground in the quest for peace.
I’ve read them all in order 4 times... I’m almost ready to do it again as soon as the new Daniel Silva book is in the store loved each and every single one. Not to be missed.
This book does what it sets out to do. It organizes Silva's titles into three separate lists and allows the reader to keep track of them through simple highlighting. I really don't know why I thought this would be useful.
I highly recommend the Daniel Silva series. They are extremely well-written, smart, and entertaining. While the anti-Zionist terrorist rhetoric gets old with time, I still really enjoy the characters, plots, and intrigue. So nice to read something that is written for a smart audience.
I started reading Daniel Silva's spy novels in the early 90s. He writes one book each year and I read every one as soon as it's released in July. The latest is The Collector.
Daniel Silva is one of my favorite authors. I’ve read his complete Gabriel Allon collection. I like his epilogue’s giving the histories of the historical facts .
