Reevaluation of our diet choices

I k ow a lot of people who need to read this. I have strongly believed for years that low fat foods were not good for you. Being a type one diabetic I pay attention to food labels and I noticed that all of the fat free and low fat foods had more sugar and carbohydrates in them and I always chose the latter because I felt as though it was easier to work off fat than sugar.

Great Article!

I really liked this article because my mother has been trying to diet for years and she always cuts out the fat. I've known about eating like this for five years now and I'm glad there is more research now on the subject. I will recommend this to my mother and hope she gets the benefits.

Interesting

Well researched, and a bit confusing. I am thinking about changing the diet of my entire family now. Eff carbs.
