Its main idea is how to use electromagnetism in engineering so that it doesn't explain the details about why the equations is that. If you want to know the concept more, then I recommend Griffiths' EM book.

Electromagnetism concepts is not all just "physics". Some ideas are about engineering. You can see those things in this book.

Its math trick is not difficult (Griffiths book's math is very beautiful).

I ended up in a related field, so was not too bad. It helped to like Cal...

need to re-read for higher-level information:

- when to detect need to change method of tackling problems from different approaches (numerical vs. analytical)
