The goal of this book is Help you write faster and at a higher quality.Let’s face it, if you’re in business for yourself--a speaker or trainer, coach or consultant or if you realize the great need for large quantities of fantastic content fast--then you need to know how to speed write. It goes without saying that if you’re a writer or publisher and you can already crank out content at a brisk clip, even a small increase in production can give you a slight edge. Add a percentage point more production with one tactic here and another percentage point with another strategy there, and you do that consistently over time you can significantly increase your overall production. Fact is, this book contains all of the strategies I’ve learned, developed or innovated to do exactly write at lightning fast speed. By the way, the techniques I cover can be applied – almost universally – to any type of content you need. You can use these methods to quickly write books, blog posts, emails, letters, scripts, articles, essays, white papers, sales copy, social media posts, fiction or non-fiction.

Not a bad collection of ideas to implement, even if I found I head heard of most before. Also, not every tip was suited for creative writing, which is what I desired, but this is, of course, not the fault of the author and may be beneficial for many other individuals. The jovial tone wasn't suited to how I prefer my non-fiction to be formatted but, again, this is a personal preference and may work well for other readers.

My major source of frustration with this audiobook was the unnecessary plug of the author's website at the end of every single chapter. 32 reminders was a bit excessive for an hour-long read!

Picket up this fast read as well I wanted to know how to write a lot faster.
So this is about what it says, 25 different strategies to write faster, thus you have many ways to try and I'm sure some will suit you.
Arguably you could say is all a bit obvious, but sometimes even the obvious needs to be stated as after all you read the book as you want to achieve what it's about!

A Ring of Keys for Writers

Sometimes, ideas are locked inside the mind of a writer, banging on the brain's door, begging to be released. This book is a key, or a ring of keys rather, to unlock your mind and make it an open gateway for greatness!

Daniel Hall has put together not just one key but a ring of keys. Because those ideas have several doors through which they can be released. You'll use some of the keys amd someone else will use others. But all will achieve greater writing and at faster speeds.

Very informative

This book is a fast read with lots of tips, strategies and information. Don't let the word "fast" make you think it isn't relevant. There is some great information with plenty of other site links included to gather more info from. A very handy resource for writers.

This book is difficult to rate because it isn’t really a book. It’s more of a blog post with lots and lots of advertising. If the constant reminder of his website doesn’t put off then there are a couple of good tips that are of some use - like using Amazon’s “look inside” feature to see what similar books have done and how they’re structured. It’ll probably take less than 40 minutes.

This is a very short book, obviously created using some of the author’s own techniques, in particular the one about “write some one-sentence notes and then elaborate on them”. It consists of a short introduction followed by a series of (mostly) one-page tips for faster writing. There is little or no specificity to the writing, the tips purport to be generic, but when you look at them as a whole they seem unsuited to most types of writing. They are mainly suited to either the simplistic kind of inspirational self-help category that includes this book, or to slightly weightier reports or training books. Suggestions such as “record a conversation and transcribe it”, or “expand a FAQ” have no use for fiction or academic writing, for example.

Although most of the tips are either variations on a theme or pretty obvious, It’s not all bad. The advice to build a writing habit by writing 500 words a day is sound, and I have used that one myself.

The book is fairly obviously positioned as a “free gift” for subscribing to a mailing list. It has a price on Amazon, but I doubt that anyone would ever really pay for it. I would feel a bit cheated if I did pay, though.

The advice given was simple, practical and good. I was expecting more but it was good for what it was. Some of the advice I'm going to apply to my everyday writing life and some of it just sounded like filler to my ears.
If you're just starting and don't have any experience in doing writing it could be very interesting to read this short book. I have 4 years of blogging under my belt so most of the tips were not new to me.

What a read. Little expectation going into it but the book helped me navigate new things to propel me to write more. The 500 words blogpost per day is very compelling and the tips of using Google Suggest and Uber Suggest really blows my mind. Never heard of it.

Waste of time. Shameless cashgrab full of CONSTANT plugs for the author's own website. Save your time and money, skip this title.
