17-year-old witch, Lyndsey Andrews, can somehow control fire using just her fingertips. Lyndsey finds herself on a summer adventure in Portland Oregon to search for what she needs for the Remembrance Cure. When she stays at the famous and strange Rose Hotel, she meets peculiar teens that can also manipulate the natural elements. Teens such as the alluring Sawyer Rose happens to have immortality and be able to scale rooftops. As Sawyer tempts Lyndsey to follow their chemistry, the others befriend and or betray her. Throughout the summer Lyndsey comes to even more secrets and questions. Eventually, she learns she may have to choose between her past life or the life she never knew about to complete the Remembrance Cure. Will she be able to make that choice or will others force her to do so?
