Read the second part of 'The Billionaire's Love Story', (Books 4, 5 & 6), a contemporary romance serial set in New York.
Just when things between them start to take a turn for the better, a misunderstanding between between Savannah and Tobias causes things to turn sour. Usually cool and controlled, Tobias loses his composure around Savannah and jumps to mile-high conclusions which force things to take a turn for the worse.
But Tobias Stone isn't used to failing and he always gets what he wants. And what he wants is Savannah Page. Winning her back is one thing, keeping her is another.
Can these two damaged people escape their demons and find true love together? Or will the past catch up with them?
What happens when the billionaire with too much money meets the single mom with too much heart?
Lily Zante is the author of over sixty contemporary romance and women's fiction novels. After spending two decades working in IT, she decided to give writing another try. Given her love of The Walking Dead, she started off writing zombie fiction but quickly dove into writing romance instead. She's glad she switched.
Let me say first that I am a person that loves romances but I avoid serial type romances that's story spans 5 to 10 books before you get to a happy ending....The Billionaire's Love Story series by Lily Zante is a serial type romance....and yes I gave it 5 stars.......
the second three books , The Offer Box Set, I purchased mostly because I needed to know what happen with Savannah and Tobias. ..so let's recap our main characters.....single struggling mother, with adorable six year old son, moving to a new city to start over after divorcing an abusive husband and meets her soul mate.
Well let me say , I was not disappointed I purchased The Offer Boxed Set with contains books 4 thru 6. Once again the author made her characters, Savannah, her son Jacob and the elusive, incredibly handsome billionaire Tobias Stone come to life. In first three books in The Gift Boxed Set the author sets the stage .....In the second three books in The Offer, Samantha now has a job with Stone Enterprises and is making steady money. She is meeting new people, making new friends and socializing In the second group of books , Savannah and Tobias relationship becomes more passionate.....don't get your fingers burnt while changing the pages.........strongly recommend The Offer Boxed Set of the Billionaire's love Story bks 1 thru 3........
As a follow-up to The Gift, Lily Zante penned The Offer, The Billionaire's Love Story for her readers (I am writing my review of the box set which includes books 1, 2 & 3 together.) First, let me say that I greatly enjoyed having three books in one volume: the ease at being able to slip right into the story from book to book as one segment ends is phenomenal and cannot be discounted. That factor aside, the manner in which Ms. Zante has her main characters interacting with each other, especially Jacob, and the everyday situations she places them in makes her readers feel so enthused to be there with them can run the gamut from excited to sad to overjoyed. I was entertained by this installment of The Billionaire's Love Story and cannot wait to begin The Vow! Looks like another winner....
The Offer, Boxed Set(Books 1,2and 3): The Billionaire
Savannah was running from a abused marrage with her son jacob. In New York she did a cousin a favor by stay in her he for a year as she was in China. She went to work for Stone enterprises and met the great looking boss. Of which he became obsessed with a beautiful women of which he had no desire to to become involved with yet couldn't stay away from. Twist and turns finally got then together. Great love story.
What can I say.... I love Tobias and Savannah. Tobias his head over heals for Savannah and Jacob. I fall in love with Tobias even more in this series because the love he has for Jacob is everything. You begin to see Savannah slowly let down the wall that she has built up, and really start to let Tobias in.
I couldn’t put this series down. You will absolutely love their story.
I am enjoying this series so much. It one that drags you in and keeps until the last page is done. I am looking forward to the next set with the slimy Ex coming back. This next set should set this series on fire!
I'm not going into a long review because like I said before this is my third time reading this books. So pick up your boxset and take ride with this couple.
I'm loving Tobias and Savannahs story. You know as one door opens another bomb will drop. She has jealous enemies and he has suspicious work colleagues. Trials and tribulations and decisions.
In my opinion, I blame both Savannah and Tobias for their lack of communication. Tobias shouldn’t have acted so rashly and Savannah should have been more clear on her reasons. But, what good is a novel without some type of conflict right?
Savannah is hurt by Tobias actions and throughout the this set, at least before the third one, she is self-sabotaging herself. She says things she doesn’t mean, she overthinks, over-analyzes everything, and is too afraid. Nevertheless, when Tobias realizes his mistake, he does everything he can to make it better, even using manipulative tactics so Savannah wouldn’t leave him (and THAT didn’t bode well—at all)
Throughout the book, Savannah is trying to tell Tobias that he needs to allow her to make her own decisions, that everything can’t be in his control and using control isn’t how you love someone. Also, it took her a while to admit that she’s in love with him too. (My favorite part!! *squeals*)
The best conflict was the introduction of Colt. A sorry ass excuse of a man. All I’m gonna say is that he is a desperate idiot. I thought the first set was dope, Ms. Zante exceeded my expectations.
I was really looking forward to reading this series of books after reading the first in the series. I have to say this book was a big let down. The storyline was slow and laborious and what is three books could have been written as one. The ending to the final book in this series just ended, like the end of a chapter, no real cliff hanger just ended. It was almost as if the publisher said, get this book out now regardless whether its finished or not.
I don't feel this series of books developed the characters of Savannah and Tobias much further than the first book in the series. At times the storyline was somewhat boring and predictable.
I listened to the audio version of this book which is narrated well and possibly the only thing that kept me listening.
I will read the final three books in this series only because in my excitement after reading the first book series I bought this one and the next books in the series.
This could have been condensed down majorly. Savannah is weak willed and has so many issues and secrets. Communication is the key. Tobias has finally opened up. But all of this could have happened in book 1. As someone who reads two part series and trilogies this is the weakest one I’ve read by far. Mi loath giving books anything but 5 stars. All these books are three. Only reason I am reading it is because I have a goal for this year and I need to reach it.
Savannah and Tobias finally announced their relationship to the world. Being in The public eye and how her and Tobias had no privacy in public. She couldn't understand why he had bodyguards, but now she does. There was no surprises in this book. There was too much doubt with Savannah. She went back and forth too much. Then she started telling half truth.
When trying to clear out my kindle I noticed I never finished this book when I started it in June... I had about 40 pages left. It ended on such a cliff hanger and I have zero interest in continuing ( her son is literally getting snatched up). I wish I loved this because it is office romance which I normally like, especially now since I haven't seen a man in my office in months let alone a hot rich one.
I really liked this book, it's great that Savannah and Tobias finally got together. I have a feeling the main trouble is about to come. I think it's great that Savannah's son likes Tobias. Her parents kinda offended me when they were suggesting that Tobias was after the kid. I can't wait to get into the next three books.
This could have been so much shorter. The repetition is annoying at this point. Skimming so much, because there isn’t a lot of ‘new’ story. The entire thing could have probably been 400 pages, from the first three books, to most likely, the finish of the next three books - along with these. The story would have held more of my attention had there been less ‘filler’.
I'm hooked on this series! It's a must read. It's offered in installments for those who are not interested in long reads. But for me... I prefer the box sets!
The Offer series picks up Tobias and Savannah exploring the beginnings of a relationship. Since they work together, Savannah wants it to be kept a secret. They have to carve out small bits of time for each other here and there. Savannah’s ex starts calling.
Tbh I couldn’t finish it. Life is too short to read books that drone on and on with little character development. It’s so slow, and honestly so was the first one but I thought it might get better, and it didn’t.
I don't know how to rate this. I am very upset that there is now audible for the third and final part of this trilogy. I feel like I have wasted my time and money. I know that I will not invest in this author's works again if she has so little respect for the vision impaired!
Didn't know it was an ion going saga. Interesting characters but not that interesting. I won't be reading this writer again. The books were wordy at times I would have not started them if I had known it didn't have an ending.
