Frank Lloyd Wright was one of the world's most prominent and influential architects.

He developed a series of highly individual styles, influenced the design of buildings all over the world, and to this day remains America's most famous architect.

Wright was also well known in his lifetime. His colorful personal life frequently made headlines, most notably for the failure of his first two marriages and for the 1914 fire and murders at his Taliesin studio.

I liked this book a lot. My mom pointed out the shapes and colors and I was very entranced. I liked helping to turn the pages with the tabs on the edge and I especially liked the pictures with the overlapping shapes.

Vibrant, colorful, and totally distracting

This concept book of shapes is a little more involved than most and is more appropriate for the four and five year old. This study book comes with tabs, yes, tabs that lead to the pages with circles, squares, and triangles. The unique thing here is the more intricate designs where one must look for the basic shapes. There are a few very brief facts about Frank Lloyd Wright included. This adult enjoyed looking at the more detailed, but still simplistic designs and relating them to Wright's work.
