This a complete guide to know from the scriptures and the oral tradition of the Torah what some transgressions are, for example, it teaches you what theft means and gives you some clear examples of what a righteous gentile should do in many cases. It has really enlightened me.

Practical, meticulous, and well sourced. A lot of it reads like a list of rules/laws, so be ready.
