I get what the author is trying to say. This might be great for people who have an extremely hard time letting go of emotion. However, coming for a place where it is very common for people to ignore their feeling - to throw them away or "release" them - leads to a lot of issues. It's important to work through your problems, understand why you are feeling what you are feeling.
If you are always just throwing the emotion away because you don't want to deal with it, it can lead to a lot of psychological issues.

There were a couple of really good things about this book. The first was that it was free. The second was that it took twenty minutes to read.
Of course, it could have been written in a paragraph. In a nutshell, negativity is ruining your life, and you’ll feel better for letting it go. How do you let it go? You choose to. Go into situations with inner peace. You’ll be happier. Great, right?! I think you might have to buy the sequel to find out how, but hey, it was free, right?
Good, quick read. Beau Norton writes well and speaks from the heart. I'd like to the his techniques and see if they work. His reminders are also good. I think negative thoughts also can control our mind and make us think we are something we're not; however, by releasing our thoughts we can be a better and a more positive, happier, person.

Solid advice! not best written but helpful. Over all good book and with reading. Just take with real help. Don't think you can fix it all alone. These books don't go over the feelings that can arise
