This was good in a tough love perspective and the idea of finding out the type of procrastinator you were was extremely interesting - I'm a perfectionist procrastinator I've found with little bits of a lot of other types. However, I found some of the ideas to help different types of procrastinators to be pretty samey and sometimes quite confusing in the way they were worded.

Lots of helpful suggestions

As a life long procrastinator, I found some very useful exercises in this book. I also didn't realize there were different types of procrastinators, and I could identify with several. If you find yourself putting off things you know you should be doing, this book will help you develop the habit of action. Very easy to follow and a quick read.
