I dislike any story with the main character falling for multiple members of the same family. It's gross and unrealistic that any family would be ok with it. In this story, I find it even worse because it wasn't a fast track romance leading to the wedding to flip over to another man. Bryce & Chelsea have been together for 3 years so they're very involved & intimate and not just a superficial couple. Chelsea meets her soon to be brother in law less than a week before the wedding and the reader is supposed to believe she turns her entire world upside down over a few meetings. It was so stupid & irritating. Adding in the backstabbing wedding planner who also happens to have been another woman that both brothers dated added to the icky factor of the story.

Bryce's reaction to the entire thing was completely unbelievable. He was calm and kind to Chelsea while losing a second woman to his younger brother (left Melinda bc she couldn't get over Jason). Not only was he understanding, he rearranged the wedding so Chelsea could marry Jason & stayed to attend his wedding with his brother taking over as the groom. And their families & friends just calmly go along with it all even though it's beyond weird. I didn't even like Jason & Chelsea as a couple either. There was just nothing good about this story at all.
