I read it for school. Lots of useful information for public speakers and surprisingly relevant for a book originally published in 1993. (I read the fourth edition published in 2017.) This was more for delivering content created by others. My biggest fears about public speaking are that I won't be able to answer a question, and he has several tips throughout the book for handling different situations where that might occur. I'm not sure it is the BEST book on the topic (based on reviews, not my own reading so far) but it has lots of useful examples so I would recommend it to trainers of all types.
Great book with wonderful advice on the main topic as well as many others you would not have thought. It is a bit dated but all one would need to do is take this and apply the more modern concepts.
