The book revolves around few thoughts and visions of a regular working professional, Muslim by faith working with a MNC in Bangalore. These thoughts and visions are relating his condition, his society, his country and his world. This person has been suffering from anxiety and severe depression along with symptom of depersonalization and derealization, and he has been under such a long period that he has forgotten what a normal life without these health challenges would be like. This book holds few thoughts and visions of the person out of all the random thoughts that keep racing through his mind in his everyday life. His everyday life being under medication for mental health illness and undergoing treatments like RTMS, ECT and so on. These are thoughts and visions which have sprouted in different times and stages of his severely challenging life. Thoughts and visions which have come to him in his highs and lows which his condition causes, they have come under circumstances like just coming out of shock therapy or going into one and other regular difficult and horrifying experiences the person has been facing. This person is lost behind the veil of his conditions, still random thoughts and visions mostly relating to his concern for himself, his society, his country and his world have not stopped their arrival in his mind. The book does not represent a systematic writing, for this reason the book has been titled, “Random Thoughts of the Lost”.
