Quotes and mindful of the activitys for everyday of the year. Loved the quotes and that its the first mindfullness book ive read that hasnt been about turning to religion for peace ots relevent to everyone and all beliefs non beliefs everyone can do this ♥️ my favourite quote was the oscar wilde one about sometimes it being healhy to soend time alone and the pages have lovely borders

I have this book 3 years now and still to this day I read each page every day. It really helps kickstart your day in the right way.

I enjoyed going through the book. I've had it for over three years and used it as a way to practice mindfulness and it served its purpose.
