Garbage textbook - unfortunately prescribed by VTU. Probably the only reason it ever sold any copies. Here's some sentences from the book : "Virtual desktop infrastructure is a service offering to create a Virtual desktop infrastructure." - Ok. "Virtual desktop infrastructure solution is designed to reduce the dependency on distributed PC and laptops" - WHAT?
I hope no one is inflicted with this person's work. It is extremely substandard and reflects an extremely low understanding of the subject.
