Sorcha is beginning to appreciate what she has, and create new dreams
Sorcha is growing up a lot during a series of intense, fast-paced events. It's nice to see her beginning to appreciate what she has, become more self-aware, and create new dreams even as she stays on course with her primary purpose or mission.
Ivan is a good foil for Sorcha, and helps her to grow... so while I still wish we knew more about him, he helps us to learn a great deal about Sorcha.
This is a quick, intense read, with a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, and has me looking forward to the next story in the series.
