It goes into each chapter of this novel and helps to break the meaning and key purpose of each down. The summaries are easy to read and at the end of each chapter there are bullet points that contain the key takeaways from it that you should remember.

A really interesting read

I really liked this summary of “Mindset”. Carol Dweck, really has some amazing insights into fixed mindset and growth mindset. It really makes sense how we are driven by whichever mindset we are blessed with. Basically the power of suggestion goes a long with both mindsets. I have never actually read Mindset but this summary kind of makes me want to go out and get it and start reading it now. So much about what was being said reminded me of myself and I’d love to know what exercises Carol Dweck suggests to overcome the negative aspects of a fixed mindset. In the mean time, I have to admit that the summary has piqued my interest so maybe I already have a little of that growth mindset going on! I’ll definitely be reading it again.

If you do not have a background in psychology, this book provides a comprehensive look at mindset and the relevant studies by Dweck and her esteemed peers. Well written and thorough, but may be repetitive if you have read some of the latest books on this topic.

Too much what, no how

I agree with the books premise but i don't feel there was much if any suggestions to help move a person from one mind set to another

Fixed or Growth

Wondering if the book was really that straight forward or this was truly Overly simplified? Was quite disappointed with the summary
