Run With Me

Rate this book
What do you learn when you’re on the run?
Timing is everything.
Coincidences are more reliable than a rising sun.
And my heart can bear a thousand more nails than my coffin.

Ben’s family murdered my parents and so I took my revenge. I changed the course of our futures with one flick of a matchstick.
I run to survive. I run to protect those I love. I run so that my daughter doesn’t have to.
With danger lurking over my shoulder, trusting strangers is dangerous until you don’t have a choice. Barely alive, I placed my life in the hands of the handsome and mysterious bounty hunter Xavier Black.
He gave me everything and asked for nothing. He helped me live again; but now, he’s the one who needs to run with me.
We can each choose to stop the hunt, but if one of us chooses wrong, that extra nail won’t be driven into our hearts but straight into our coffins.

Warning: Contains subject matter that may be considered sensitive to some readers (triggers). Intended for mature audience only. While Run With Me is a full complete novel with HEA ending for the couple, it does contain a cliffhanger.

Lacey Silks

USA Today Bestselling Author Lacey Silks writes seat-gripping romantic suspense with heat and spice. She’s married to most of her characters and tortures her husband with quirky book roles. Lacey’s two kids and her dog Kygo fill her time with homework questions and sweet licks all over her face (the dog not the kids).

When she’s not writing seat-gripping and heart-throbbing stories, Lacey enjoys camping and skiing with her family. She’s an early bird by nature and drinks coffee instead of water, because that’s how her busy billionaire heroes do it.

Lacey’s flawed and relatable characters fill the pages with laughter, snark and tears. She judges men by the size of their feet, loves sexy lingerie, and can’t live without her “boost juice”: coffee.

What do you learn when you’re on the run?
Timing is everything.
Coincidences are more reliable than a rising sun.
And my heart can bear a thousand more nails than my coffin.

Ben Cortez is after me. His family murdered my parents, and he won’t give up until I’m his. When he stepped over my threshold, he sealed his fate and mine. When he stole the life that kept my heart beating, I snapped and changed the course of my future with one flick of a matchstick.

Now, I run to survive. I run to protect those I love. I run so that my daughter doesn’t have to.

With danger lurking over my shoulder, trust in my new friends is essential, but trust in the unknown can also be dangerous. Barely alive, I placed my life in the hands of the handsome and mysterious bounty hunter Xavier Black.

He gave me everything and asked for nothing. He showed me love, gave me hope, and nurtured my faith. He helped me live again; but now, he’s the one who needs to run with me.

We both have a chance to stop the hunt, but if one of us chooses wrong, that extra nail won’t be driven into our hearts but straight into our coffins.

Note: Run With Me is a prequel to Sin With Me. Contains HEA for the characters + cliffhanger.

This was a really good emotional story and the start to a really good series. Anna is in the town of Pace, the book starts with her visiting where her parents are buried. The Cortez family is terrorizing the town. She has a boyfriend who loves her but when Ben Cortez sees her he will stop at nothing to have her. Anna has a secret that she is struggling to keep hidden. She learns a secret about the Cortez and after a horrible time she leaves and is hiding When she meets Xavier he is just passing through and she never thought she would see him again. This was a really good read that grips you right away. This was my first time reading this author. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

DNF at 40% and let me just say, it was a chore to even get that far.

This story was disjointed, clunky, and just bad. First of all, within the first 30% of the book the heroine is raped, has her rapist’s baby, fast forwards three years, and said baby is murdered. Like, da fuq? I guess I’m in the minority because most reviews are 4-5 stars but I would give this negative stars if it were possible. Goddamn. I just can’t even.

You win some you lose some, I guess.

As always, all opinions are 100% my own.

Raised in a small town, decades behind the rest of the world, Anna lives a life spent in constant vigilance of the evil surrounding her. Devoted to her faith and her one true love she prays and hopes for the day a miracle will set her and her town free - life though has other plans for her. One final act of evil robs her of heart's greatest treasure becoming the catalyst that throws her into a journey of vengeance, self-discovery, and love.
Silks take us on a journey filled with suspense, angst, and hope that will leave you breathless and questioning everything that happened - seriously I want to know how he did it.

Amazing. Full of drama, angst, suspense … brilliantly crafted and delivered. We meet Anna as she remembers her parents while standing in the chapel that honors their memories. As she is grieving, a stranger appears, Xavier. Now, Anna lives in Pace, a town you don’t voluntarily visit, not a hot tourist spot, so Xavier’s appearance is a surprise. Anna decides to help Xavier since there are men in her town that would take advantage of him. But Xavier actually helps Anna which is something know one has done before then he disappears. As Anna embraces her life with John, the love of her life, the forces of this nasty town close in and push her to the limit. I don’t want to give away any of the twists and turns. I was truly blown away and surprised with how this story unfolded. I loved Anna’s strength and courage but through this journey she truly finds herself as she embraces the love and loss she has suffered. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Emotional read
An amazing suspenseful read. Grabbed my attention from the begin to the end. Finished it in one day because I just couldn't put it down. It's an emotional read I was tearing up reading through parts of the story, I wont go into details to not give away anything, but there are happy moments too. I loved how strong Anna is and she doesn't even realize it as she goes through her journey. I was torn at first between who I wanted Anna to stay with because John was so nice and loving with her as Xavier was too. The story ends in a cliffhanger but you see Anna's HEA (in a way) I am excitedly waiting for the next book in this series to see what has happened to all of them. I was given an advanced copy for an honest opinion.

While I didn't love this story I did like it.
It would've been nice to know in the beginning that it was set in the past. I knew Anna's small one street town seemed to be behind but with a town that small it made sense. However when she got to Manhattan and had to ask how to use a phone and didn't know what a cell phone is?? I was finally able to place the time period by the 2 songs mentioned.
The story moved along at a good pace and I kept wondering what would happen. I actually quit reading for about 2 weeks because I really felt something bad was going to happen. Although it ended up not being what I expected.
The only thing that really have me trouble was the first few scenes with Mary, I didn't understand them at all.
Had a crazy jaw dropping cliffhanger.

Ok I will say I spent time scratching my head over this one. But as you read it all becomes clear.

What the summary says is almost what you get but what you miss is the small bits which you need to read this one and it's a MUST if you want to read what's next.

Though I will say this small town who's barely caught up to the future if at all kinda reminds me of the small town in the movie tremors but with out the Nasty ass worms ( you know what I mean if you watched the movie). You will be on the edge of your seat reading this and yes you will want to toss the book in anger at some of the things you will read but it's worth it to see what happens next

Run with Me is a prequel to Sin With Me. This is another fantastic romantic suspense from Lacey Silks. Run With Me is a story of love and loss, mystery and suspense. It has so many twists and turns that will only make you read faster to see what will happen next. I will admit that my heart was torn to pieces more than once. I'm sure I was quite entertaining to watch while I read this on vacation at the beach. I'm on pins and needles ready for Sin With Me! Most definitely a 5 star read for me!

This book took me forever to get into and read. I can't lie I didn't see that end twist coming but hey this book was missing a lot, like for example sexual tension between the characters and in the synopsis no warning of a love triangle. I mean really. This book was a little silly for me but hey to each it's own.

This book was riveting and sad and so many emotions, but hope prevailed and the end was heart warming. But I'm worried about the next shoe dropping!!

Just as i was salivating and chewing my nails, the book ended with a heart stopping, pearl grabbing cliff hanger! The author took me on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and i enjoyed every single moment of it. Now i will feel like an expectant mother in her third trimester waiting for the next installment to be released. Anna and John seemed like the perfect couple. They had a love that was unbreakable. But then Xavier storms through town and shakes Anna's world. She has to decide if she wants to stay with whats familiar and comfortable or explore whats new, exciting, and mysterious.

I must be in the minority here because I did not think this book was good at all. Can't even point to one thing that put me off on this book, it was a lot. Bad men is what seems like a third world country, full a little podunk town in Tucson, Arizona. Xavier ends up in this town and Anna tries to warn him away because he could get ripped off or killed by the big bad Cortez family. Xavier and Ben end up playing chess and Xavier disappears, Anna thinks he is dead. Anna and her boyfriend, John go about their lives trying to stay away from the Cortez family.

However, the main bad guy, Ben, rapes Anna, who is dating John a man devoted to prayer, and becomes pregnant with his child. She keeps it a secret from Ben because she knows he will try to take him away from her. She tells John and he decides to keep her secret and propose to her. They decide to marry after the baby is born which I don't understand. In the meantime Anna learns that the Cortez family is smuggling millions of dollars into their town. The town is holding a running of the bulls and Anna and John attend with "their" son, Mickey who appears to get trampled by a bull and dies. The same day he dies, Anna sets fire to Ben's house and steals the millions of dollars, hiding it somewhere. She tells John she burned Ben's house down because she knows Ben had something to do with Mickey's death and she did it out of revenge, but she has to leave town or Ben will track her down and kill her. What she realizes right before she leaves is she is pregnant again, this time by John, so she doesn't tell him about her pregnancy and goes away. She ends up in New York City, sleeping in allies, practically dead. Jack finds her and takes her in. Jack is married to Mary, who is pregnant, and doesn't like Anna at first until she finds out Anna is pregnant. Then they are magically best friends. Little does Anna know, Jack and the mysterious, once thought dead, Xavier, are best friends and he is back in the picture... Jack, Mary and Xavier care for Anna and her new baby, Hope, unTil Anna decides she wants to go back to see John, tell him about their baby and find out if Ben and the Cortez family have left town. In the meantime, John thinks Anna is dead, tells Anna that since he thought she was dead, he let God decide his fate and he became a priest. He tells Anna his love has changed for her because he became a priest and can not marry her now. So she decides not to tell John that she is pregnant. Did she honestly think a dude would wait almost two years for her to come back?? (Spoiler, book two is John being tempted by a woman from town... Really??? You didn't want to wait for Anna so you became a priest and basically rejected her only to get tempted and I'm sure screw someone from your parish?? Yeah, ok.)

Anna is about to leave when Ben sneaks up on them and takes them out to the desert to kill John if Anna doesn't tell Ben where she hid the millions of dollars. Xavier saves the day, kills Ben, but leaves his brother Mateo alive to promise not to go after John or Anna. (Uh, ok, that'll happen) Xavier takes Anna out of the little town promising to care for her and her baby, John stays back to presumably be the priest of this small town. Omg, seriously?? This story is worse than a soap opera. I forced myself to finish reading this book, that is over at about 52% of my Kindle. It ends in s stupid cliffhanger where Mateo is plotting revenge against Anna (Duh!) and teaching a small boy, named Mickey, how to clean a gun... We are left wondering who this Mickey kid is, if it is really Anna's son, presumed long since dead or another kid, wondering what happens to Xavier and Anna and her new baby, Hope, and I'm wondering why Jack and Mary have to leave New York at all. It's a weird story and not written smoothly at all. I purchased the second book in this series before I started reading the first one, which will NEVER happen again. I almost don't care to find out whether the story ends in a HEA at all! The second book deals with John being tempted by a new woman in town... I just can't even...

Lordy....I'm not sure where to start with my review, because as I sit here I am still trying to digest what I just read.
My head is swimming with so many emotions I'm not sure about anything.
But the one thing I am definitely certain of is this...

Run With Me.....What a brilliant read.

We meet Anna.
A beautiful young girl who watched her parents perish in a fire.
Deemed an accident, but Anna knows better.
She knows who did it.
She just can't prove it.
But vengeance will be hers.
She will destroy those her destroyed her.

But at what cost?
How much will Anna sacrifice to get her revenge?
Who will lose their love?
Who will lose their life?
Who will run?
Who will hide?
Who will save Anna from the monsters that keep lurking?
Who will pay the ultimate price?

And who is Xavier?

Guys what a read. I couldn't put it down.
Raw, full of suspense, gut-wrenching, heart-breaking, breathtaking. These are just a few words that come to mind when looking back at this novel.
Such a detailed read with so much depth you can't help but to be drawn to every page turned.
It's mind blowing.
And it left me wanting more.

For those of you who love a suspense filled story, with twists that you never see coming, then this is for you.

Bravo Lacey Silks. Run With Me was simply brilliant.

5 stars.

Lacey sure knows how to write to keep you reading to the wee hours just to finish her books!

Run with Me is the prequel to Sin with Me, this is an emotional read full of drama/angst and is the story of Anna and Xavier, it will leave you guessing and wanting more! Note this novel ends in a cliffhanger!

Anna is running from Ben Cortez and his family, she has no proof that he murdered her parents, but she knows it was them. Fate has a way of bringing people into your life, and that's exactly how Anna and Xavier met, little did she know their paths would cross again years later.

Anna was raped by Ben and as a result had a child, she was raising Mikey with soon to be hubby John. Ben had been making remarks to Anna how Mikey was his, and that one day she would lose him. When Ben made good on his threat, Anna decided to take matters into her own hands and act on things she overheard at the Bistro. She took the money the Cortez family, put it in a save place, told John what she had done, and they agreed it was best for her to leave town. But what Anna didn't tell John was that she was expecting.

"I run to protect those I love. I run so that my daughter doesn't have to."

While on the run and thousands of miles away, fate brings Xavier and Anna back together, he's still very much attracted to the girl he met years earlier. Xavier along with his friends John and Mary help keep Anna and her baby safe, and in return Anna helps save their baby's life.

Xavier helps get Anna back to Pace to see John, little does she know Ben had an agenda of his own and had told John that Anna was dead. Anna learns that instead of becoming a Deacon at the Church, John became a Priest, since he could no longer be with the woman he loved. Things take a turn and John almost dies at the hands of Ben. In the end Xavier saves John, and Ben dies.

Just when you think you have it figured out, there's that cliffhanger!

"Anna run with me, and I will love you until my heart has no more strength."

I can't wait to read Hope and Cameron's story in Sin with Me.

WOW! What an emotional story. I keep promising I will not read books at work that make me cry. Well I have to say I did shed a few tears when reading this story.

Anna had already seen way to much. The small town she was from was run by the Cortez family. Cortez was mafia. She knew all to well what it was like for her love ones to be taken away. She refused to give herself to Ben Cortez plus the Cortez wanted her parents land. Due to those events Ben burned her family alive. I can not imagine what it would be like to see the man who murdered your parents each and every day knowing he has not paid for his crimes.

John was an amazing character. You could tell that John carried deeply for Anna. He truly wanted her happiness and to keep her safe. I do disagree with his beliefs that trust in God is all you need to keep you safe.

I loved when Xavier was brought into the story. He was a bounty hunter and was highly attractive to Anna. As soon as he was brought into her life it was like he was ripped away way to soon. But don’t worry that is not the last you will see him in the story.

Anna will learn pain that is worst then loosing her parents. It will rip her into a million pieces. It will take her to the breaking point and she will find, due to her actions she will have to be on the run to stay safe and to protect her baby and John.

There gets to a point in the story that I did not know who Anna would end up with. She is falling for Xavier and Xavier is falling for her as well. The problem is she is also still in love with John.

Danger is just around the corner and Xavier will do what ever it takes to keep her safe. Xavier, Anna, and John are in for a very long journey. Where it leads them, well I guess you will have to read the story to find out.

I do want to say I was in love with Jack and Mary. They were awesome people and Anna is truly lucky she got to know them. She owes them her life and they owe her as well.

This was a great story and glad I got a chance to read the book.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon this book and that there are more in the series! This story begins with Anna living in the small border town of Pace. It's corrupt and the only reason she stays is because John her soon to be husband believes that the town and the people can be saved from the corruptive influences of the resident cartel criminal Ben and his family. A stranger stumbles through town and Anna encounters him. His name is Xavier and he isn't afraid of the criminals but he does fear for Anna and encourages her to leave with him. She will not but their story together doesn't end. As you can guess, bad things are going to happen in Pace and Anna, John, Xavier and Ben will be a part of this romantic suspense story that is full of twists and turns. Run With Me has an end however it's to a complete ending as this is a part of a series. Run With Me is written in multiple POV so you can really get into the characters mind. It was a really good book and I'm looking forward to the next installment in the series.

When I finish a book and have this overwhelming tightness in my chest, it tells me the book touched me on a deeper level than is sometimes comfortable yet....I wouldn't change a thing.

This author never fails to touch me in the deepest, darkest crevice of my soul. Her stories are innovative, creative and full of heart. Run with me is a story where Anna finds what little happiness there is in her home town despite the darkness that envelopes it. One day she meets a stranger that begins a slow process of change even though she has no idea at the time. Anna and the town live in fear and with good reason. A horrible event takes place which changes Anna's life forever and brings the stranger that she meet before back into her life.

Nothing about this story reads as easy. The circumstances are disturbing, the path into which a life can change can be immediate but I swear once you begin this book, you will not be able to put it down. The thing is this is only the beginning. Mrs. Silks leaves us with a bit of what I guess you could call a cliff hanger. I like to think of it as a promise for so much more to come.

This book wrapped itself around my mind, heart and soul and it has changed something in me as it did the main characters. We all think at times our lives are hard and unbearable but after reading a book such as this it opens your eyes to a lot and has you thanking the entity you believe in for every single good thing in your life.

I truly can't recommend this book enough! If you like a book with a ton of depth and some amazing characters give "Run With Me" a chance.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Wow! Thrills and passion continue to keep you glued to the pages of this fascinating romantic suspense by Lacey Silks. This story was so well done; it held my attention and was exciting, but also was heartwarming and emotional—yet sexy and intense. The relationship between Anna and Xavier is unique and complicated, but their love is undeniable. Anna lost her parents in a fire at their chapel. She meets Xavier when he is lost and he stops to ask her for directions. Anna is enthralled with the stranger Xavier. A bet is made, and who won—Ben Cortez, the evil family member who ruled one part of town and murdered Anna’s family, or Xavier? Three years later, atrocious events happened to Anna, then all of a sudden, Anna is getting revenge and on the run. What happened to Anna to make her run? What kind of revenge is she getting and for whom? The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This book will take you through an emotional journey of loyalty, trust, commitment, and love. The suspense that happened was unexpected and will keep you on the edge of your seat. You will need to read to find out what happens, but it will be worth reading. There are several twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. The story will also pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end. I cannot wait to read the next book.

This was a crazy emotional thrill ride. There was so many times, I was shaking my head, wondering what the heck just happened. It takes you on a different range of emotions.. happy, sad, scared, terrified, swoon and sad again. I swear I was all over the place with this book. I'm still a bit messed up with the ending.. makes you wonder what went down that tragic day and what the vindictive Cortez clan did.
Here's the deal.. Anna lives in town that used to be so nice but after the Cortez clan took it over, it's a whole other place and it isn't a nice place to live. You fear for your life everyday here. Anna is a sweet girl trying to move on from losing her parents. She has a boyfriend who loves her but she also. has caught Ben Cortez radar.. He'll stop at nothing to have her. Let's just say she is surprised when Xavier enters town and she tries her best to get him to leave... it's too late. Anna has a secret that she is struggling to keep hidden. She learns a secret about the Cortez and after a horrible time, she leaves and is hiding. Xavier is a godsend once again. He does so much for her in this book but finds himself falling for her. I'm telling you, you aren't prepared for all the twist and emotions that come with this book. I now am dying waiting on July 10th to find out what all goes down.

I must tell you that at first I really couldn't get into this story. For some reason it wasn't catching my attention. But I have never not finished a story believing the author wrote it I should read it. I am glad I stuck with the book.
Anna lives in a town ruled by the mafia. They killed her parents and one of them has his sites set on Anna.
Anna loves John who is the deacon in the church. When the unthinkable happens Anna must learn to live with that night but is also glad for what came from it.
Ben rules the town and he is somewhat annoyed that Anna won't succumb to him so he takes what he wants but she still won't give in.
When ben takes the most important thing in Anna's life she seeks revenge and leaves her one true love John.
Anna ends up in New York found by John who happens to be Xavier's best friend. A man Anna met briefly in her hometown.
As Anna tries to live her life on the run with Xavier and John's help she also is hiding secret or two.
The story has some twist and turns and she does leave you with a cliff hanger that hopefully will be answered in up coming books.
Give this book a chance. You'' be drawn in.
I received this book for an honest voluntary review.

Wow. I have so many mixed feelings about this book and I cannot even exactly pinpoint why except that I really missed an actual romance in this story. While there definitely has been love, even a hint of a love triangle with a trace of forbidden, I missed the romantic interaction between the characters. I never felt a true connection between them and in turn was hardly to connect with them myself. Yup, hopeless romantic. That’s me.

What this story did have in spades was suspense and angst and secrets and lies. A deep and intense storyline that will leave you breathless and wondering WTF just happened. The twists and turns are countless – and the cliffhanger really is maddening!

That being said, the sequel was the reason I read this book in the first place, because it was essential to grapple the whole impact and background the past had on this story. And, seriously, I have so many questions still swirling in my head after reading this one – it’s not even funny.

While this is a 3 star read for me mostly thanks to all the intrigue and secrets and a well-spin thrilling plot, I am looking to reveal the secrets in SIN WITH ME and am hoping to build a stronger bond to the characters than with this one.

I received a free advanced reader copy of this book and voluntarily decided to review it

This is a beautifully written romantic suspense, is quite different from anything else I have read. Anna ,sets Xaviar in the little town of Pace where she lives. He saves her from Ben then disappears and she is left not knowing whether he loves or dies.

She carries on with her life with John who she gets engaged to. The drama and danger with which forces her to leave, run from Pace, to safety is well written and quite emotionally touching. The story carries on about her life on the run,the people she meets, the things that happen and Xaviar coming back into her life. Anna has a real strength of character and Xaviar has a patience and a tenderness that you really do not see too often

This is a beautifully written book, with twists and turns that you just do not see coming. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend, Lacey Silks is a new author to me and I will definitely be checking out more of her books

Run with Me - Lacey Silks

I was given this book for an honest and unbiased review.

**** 4 GRIPPING STARS

This story went from strength to strength. Not only gripping, making me want to fight for Anna but also full of drama and a genuine feeling of the evil that resided in Pace.

Anna is running from the memory of the way get patent we're murdered but she's also captive in her town of Pace by the Cortez mafia family. They're awful and evil and will stop at nothing to take what they want.

Anna's life is one torment after another but a mysterious stranger Xavier, has a hand in changing her life more than once. With a multitude of twists and turns, this story is riveting reading and addictive to the HEA but do t be annoyed at the cliffhanger finish. Lacey Silks has much more in store for us.

Intense characters, so well crafted that you can't help loving or hating them and a deep and dark storyline sets this apart from most thrillers. Great read for lovers of the intrigue/thriller genre.

This is a fantastic beginning to the series. Emotional and gripping. It really sets the stage and provides you with so much background info for the next book. I'll be honest, there were some sections that were difficult for me because the pace of the time and location/way of life of the characters. This has more to do with the way my brain picks up information as opposed to the quality of writing by Lacey. Timing really is everything - as the blurb tells us. What it doesn't tell us is the way the story and time line is laid out for us it refuses to let you go. The way it's written will force the story to stay with you. The small town in the middle of nowhere will have you rooting for the everyday people and true love. The ending is jaw dropping and will make you crave Sin with Me (thank goodness it's been released). I highly recommend this book and this author. If you haven't read Lacey Silks yet, you don't know what you're missing.

I read this in one sitting. Couldn't put it down. Sobbed. Opened a new box of tissues. Laughed. Cheered. Got down right angry. Ugly cried. I felt like I was there, and I wanted to murder someone for real! This one reaches out, grabs you with two hands and yanks you in.
I don't want to give you any spoilers but how else do I tell you how incredibly brilliant and sad John and Anna's story is? I could tell you that it's about finding the strength to go on from one devastating loss to another. It's about personal sacrifice for the good of another. It's about vengeance, regrets, lies and deceit. But there's also faith and love. Love in all its many forms and levels.
There is a large cast of well developed characters here. Some you love, others you're definitely going to hate. But I promise that this is one of those that you will think about for a good long while. There is a rather mind blowing cliffhanger to lead into the next book.So... What cha think? Come and "Run With Me?"

Run with me was my first ever Lacey Silks book. But let me tell you, I'm so happy I read it. Run With Me has it all. Suspense, drama, angst, gut wrenching heartbreak, and love. It was one hell of a rollercoaster ride. The way Lacey told this story, BEAUTIFUL!

Anna, this woman is so strong, and amazing. Her faith never waivers. She first meets the mysterious Xavier as he's passing through town. She's quite surprised by this mysterious man, Xavier. The next day he's left town. What follows next are some horrific, heartbreaking moments. And my heart broke for Anna. I literally sobbed. Without giving anything away, she meets up with Xavier 3 years later, by accident. From there she must decide if she can trust Xavier.

I'm still plagued by so many unanswered questions, and can't wait to see how it all ties together in Sin With Me.

*I voluntarily read a copy of this book from the author, this is my honest review.*
