Skynet by any other name…

At 2:14 a.m., EDT, on August 29, Watson… oops Skynet (gained artificial consciousness.)

What was touted as the end all be all cognitive system, has been downgraded to a data mining helper that will replace frontend desk help.

It started out as an expert system in different disciplines like medicine.

This book takes you from all the hyperbole to actual use.
