Arul Dev is a coach, facilitator and author working in the fields of leadership development, organizational transformation, integral education and individual well-being. The language used is simple and can be understood by anyone, including young readers. The book begins with a ‘How to read’ section followed by 8 sections corresponding to each part of one’s being. The sub-sections and sub-sub sections are organised in such a way that each fundamental idea can be understood clearly by itself and also in relation to the overarching structure. Due to the well-organised structure, the reader can gain a wholesome reading experience even if s/he reads for 5 minutes at a time.
