I hadn’t known what to expect of the Queen upon my arrival in the Futa Islands, a ‘gift’ of the Canadian government from whom her tiny nation had claimed its new homeland, but I had come to look forward to such surprises. There was still so much the world did not know about her or her kind, and I took great pride in being the first (and, so far, only) outsider to be granted secondary citizenship as a submissive of the Empire.
It was not just my duty, but also my pleasure, to obey.
A Queer Sort of Queen: Futa Erotica is the story of a reclusive island, a newly emerged futanari society, and the submissive sissy who serves is Queen . . . and her politically charged guest. Adults only
Sally Bend is a queer (trans/nonbinary) author and editor of #LGBTQIA books.
Although shy and polite (I am neurodivergent AND Canadian), I love the bold and boisterous expression of stories that bend the binaries of gender and sexuality.
As a reader, my shelves are as diverse as my passions, but what readers will encounter most is fantasy, science fiction, adventure, romance, and erotica.
As an author, I love fantasy, femdom, femininity, and fetish, and am most content when confined to the keyboard in a collar and corset. Yes, in case you're wondering, I do have a fetish for alliteration!

As a big fan of well endowed women in positions of power, this story hammered my hot-button—I mean, just went to TOWN on it.
Within the first few pages, Sally weaves the beginnings of a unique setting with its own culture and customs revolving around the promiscuous nature of its Futa inhabitants. The sex is thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying, and through it we’re given a glimpse into life as a former outsider turned Queen’s subordinate. I was also pleasantly surprised by the delicious method of transformation.
I'd love to explore more of The Island and the origin of the Futa that live there. Hoping to see a continuation of this story in the future!
