Excellent source of information
I'm a landlord for 19 years and I had to learn from the school of hard knocks. I experienced so many examples of not what to do. I purchased this book to improve my real estate business. I was impressed with the very practically advice for small landlords. I intend to use autopilot in my landlord business. I recommend this book to any one getting into the business.
The author's information will save you money, time and headaches. Your real estate business will improve.

Good advice on managing single family houses
If wasn't a single family home most of the time it was negative.
The best part is is how train / manage tenants in regular and one off situations.
