I cleared PMP exam with 5Ps in first attempt and have trained more than 250 PMP aspirants. Many of my students also cleared PMP with 5Ps. This book is not for starting your PMP preparation. However, after you have gone through the PMBOK or an equivalent book, this book will help you to quickly remember and integrate the 47 processes and related key concepts through learning by connection and comparison. Whenever I offered these tips to my students, they loved it and some of them suggested me to publish those for wider audience. Hence this book. Also, in my tips I have pointed out some of the common misconceptions most PPM aspirants have because of the terminology.
