N. B. Concerning the ufe of potatoes in bread, it is proper to remark, that nothing is gained on the (core of oeconomy, by mix ing them.with wheat-?our; but it appears from the account lately publilhed by the Board of Agriculture, that they may be employed very advantageou?y for making bread with fome other forts of grain, the quanties of which they greatly' improve.
