Quite sparse and dry. Doesn’t make for a fun read

This book introduces fundamental concepts in a readily digestible format. An absolute "must-read" for anyone in the semiconductor industry and a highly suggested resource for those curious about the semiconductor technology.

Good physics approach of semiconductor devices fundamentals. Goes well with Pierret's textbook on the same subject matter
