3.4 I got the idea and it was nice and short. of course ti fully grasp the idea I read the actual book and that specific part but there were times when it was just too complicated to understand or be partical in any way

This helps!

I owned the big heavy long version of 4HB and used it to easily lose my pregnancy weight 2 years ago. Fast forward, the book is lost, and I need something quick easy & enjoyable to reboot. This covered a lot of the major points in the original 4HB without the extra fluff, though I did find it enjoyable. Specifically the workout details aren’t covered in this as well as they are in 4HB.
