Really short and practical guide to peak performance in the pursuit of your objectives. It makes an article potpourri of several authorities on the subject, and while a lot of the precepts are really common sense, the author does present scientific proofs of their efficacy. All of these authors keep saying the same, but in a different perspective, theirs, therefore really enriching our own ideas on these apparently simple subjects. Overall a good book, but with some rather annoying English language problems. Give it a try!

A great little read

I loved this book.

I’m always looking for ways to build mental toughness, achieve peak performance, and become the best version of myself.

This short, actionable book tells you the basics so you can start DOING and see the results fast.

Definitely worth a read.

I love books like this! It gives you some great tips and practices you can use to better focus and execute deliberate practice! It is a quick I read that can help motivate you to buckle down and get what you need done done!
