I have never read a recipe book, let alone a Keto recipe book, where I have liked over 3/4 of the recipes and plan to try them all. And I feel like they are true to the Keto diet, too. So many of the cookbooks I have read just stray away from the diet and increase the carbs just a little more than they should at each meal of the day and it all adds up. Makes it hard to meal plan properly. This book is the opposite of that and I can't be happier. I'd give it ten stars if I could.
Solid over view of the instant. The collection of recipes are both comfort food familiar and yet adapted to the InstaPot. The last few recipes are simple but great inspiration for DIY ghee and Coconut yogurt. These are two items that I had been curious about; These made simple recipes encourage me to actually try them.
I recently bought this after I checked it out at the library due to the yummy recipes inside. I'm not on the Keto diet, but I'm starting to live a more healthy lifestyle and I wanted to try some of these recipes! If someone is doing the Keto diet and have an instant pot, I highly suggest this cookbook.
Wonderful at explaining instant pot settings, but not many receips . I was wanting more ideas for keto and the instant pot but there is not much of a selection here. So, as starter book it's very good but if you are already a good cook I'm not sure this is worth the look.
I would have preferred more photos in this cookbook and some of the recipes seemed like more trouble than it was worth to use the Instant Pot. But everything I made was really good. And considering there are only currently a few Keto IP books on the market, I would recommend this one.
I’ll give it a pretty high rating, because there are a few recipes that I crave from this book. And of course with the instant pot it’s so quick, which is great when you are trying to eat Keto. Makes it less tempting to just grab a non healthy option. However, I am wondering if he actually tested the recipes because in more than one recipe (tested multiple times,) my instant pot says “burn”, which then makes it not so easy to deal with. Anyway I suggest the eggs in cocotte, as a great base recipe to modify.
