DYLAN IS A FIRESTARTER- he can start fires with his mind. Which would all be well and good except if he wasn't being pursued by the Hellfire Society. At the same time, Dylan's life gets more complicated when a mysteriously attractive stranger enters the picture.
At the same time when the truth about his life and family is revealed, Dylan's world gets flipped upside down even more. For the bonds of family will be ultimately tested when Dylan must face the one person who behind everything and gain his freedom.
Gosh, the writing in this one stinks to the high heavens and back... The author could not even be bothered to indent the dialogues properly, let alone to stick to either present or past tense in his narrative and punctuate or build sentences correctly (run-in sentences are the norm). I shall better paste a sample of their prose, as proof that this thing is not deserving of being read, let alone bought:
"Getting up off the floor, Dylan ran into the kitchen grabs a bowl full of water and dowses the flames leaving behind a singed blanket now soaked from the water. As he looked on with his mouth hanging open, Dylan looked horrified.
Without warning the front door bell rang Dylan began to wonder who the person was on the other side of the door and what did they want. Deep down he wished it wasn't those door to door sign this petition people those people in his mind need to leave him alone period.
As Dylan got closer to the front door contemplating rather he should answer it. The bell ringing stopped and then came “Dylan Open the door it's me”, it sounded familiar but couldn't put a finger on it. So Dylan cautiously opens the door and standing there was Jackson Fairchild who stood 6'0 with pale skin, black hair and blue eyes very muscular for his age looking a little upset that it took Dylan forever to answer the door.
“What took you so long to open the door?” Jackson asked tapping his converse. “What do you mean? I wasn't expecting any visitors today” Dylan shot back waiting for his friend to respond.
“I sent you a text message stating that I was coming over today” Jackson replied then added “But it looks like you never got the message. All Dylan could do was say “Sorry my cell was off”, hoping that was going to make up for it.
“Okay fair enough you're off the hook just this once, but are you going to invite me in” Jackson asked looking at Dylan for the come on it gesture. He soon moved out of the way and Jackson went walking by.
“What is that smell?” Jackson asked as he entered the living-room and sat down. “I accidently burnt a blanket by dropping a candle on it” Dylan answered back, sitting down in the chair across from Jackson.
“Did the blanket belong to your parents?” Jackson asked. “It did not Jackson it belongs to me I received it as a gift from my mom on my tenth birthday”
“That sounds amazing besides that what would you like to do today Dylan?”"
