I feel like I can keep coming back to this book as it has so many memorable lines that will help you re-ground yourself when needed. I like that it doesn’t have a lot of pages so it’s easy to pick back up and read again if you want to. It definitely left me thinking about my thought process at the end of it.

This book is almost like poetry. I’m currently doing a weekly seminar series on the Three Principles and decided I would like to read more about it to get a clearer picture. I’m not sure I do have a clearer picture but think I do “get it” a little better. It is hard to grasp concepts which need to be felt rather than intellectually analysed. I’m going with the flow!

My favorite book by Sydney Banks. Open the book to any page for short bits of wisdom about the role of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought (the Three Principles). Simplicity is the best teacher of all.

This is a fascinating spiritual work by the philosopher Sydney Banks. As someone who wants to learn about the 3 Principles, I found it interesting. It's not your average self-help book, full of tips and techniques. This is more about changing your whole view of how you see your life. It is a book that I will keep on returning to. I'm not going to pretend that I understood all of it. But I think you need time for your understanding to develop, and that may take time to return to the book several times.

A short quick read

I would say about this book, what the author has said, "Never follow the words of others blindly, or you will only take on another person’s reality. You will only hinder your progress by seeking fool’s gold. Use your own common sense."

Really great insightful thoughts in here. I find that every time I pick this book up, I take away something useful. This book talks about how to be grounded and in the right state of mind - helpful for a coach or advisor.

Simplistic in a good way. Rapid read and conceptually sound if possible for the subject matter. Think positively and good things can happen.

full of gems

Short book, but full of insights. I highlighted many sections. Amazing how, short, simple and yet complete the message of the book is.

The truth in this book speaks directly to the heart and soul of the reader. It opens the door to an inner life of stability and contentment that everyone knows intuitively, yet many have lost sight of in their daily pursuits. In the loving voice of an author speaking from the certainty of enlightenment, this book offers solace to those who have exhausted the world, hope for the frustrated, and direct the lost and contentment to the disaffected.
Just as the writer focuses in most of the chapters on that thoughts are the weapon that creates reality, so the writer advises us not to focus on negative thoughts, and in order to know how much these negative thoughts push reality to deviation, we must start observing thoughts and seeing the results, and the more we live in the moment, the more we can reach the twilight And spiritual harmony easier

I liked this writer as he explains everything in a simple and not complicated way, and I also saw the similarity of the ideas of the writer Sidney to the writer Eckhart Tolle in the book The Power of Now, which also centers on living in the moment and how ideas are the major obstacle to spiritual enlightenment and inner peace

my review .... 7,5\10

Enlightening.

I truly believe that Sydney Banks had discovered Wisdom. He cleverly posts page by page his thoughts and revelations regarding how and where we can also find this. A masterpiece.
