I couldn’t find the full version of this book here so u will post my review here. Digging into the concept of circadian rhythm and how that ties to strategic thinking is an angle I did not expect to dig into. It explained a lot about my own practices and how my behaviors lead to higher quality results at certain times. I plan to enact some of the ideas here to find my own strategic sweet spot. Oh and any excuse to drink coffee is a go in my book.

Delivers the outline well.

Not just how to do it, or why to do it, but WHEN to do it. Timing plays a big role in the schema of things, it only makes sense to sync & link up to the faucet. Great book.
