The Flow is written by Dan Bacon, of Australian-based dating company The Modern Man. It's intended for beginners and aims to teach you the core fundamentals you need to meet, attract and date new women.

It's written using plain, everyday language and doesn't contain any of the industry-specific jargon that you see in a lot of dating and pickup products. So if you're new to learning about dating skills then this is a good book bring you up to speed that's easy to wrap your head around.

The Flow starts out by talking about Dan's personal journey from being terrible with women to having slept with over 250 women and having successful relationships.

The story about how and why his girlfriend broke up with him is quite common, and a lot of guys will be able to relate to this. You may read it and recognize you've made, or are making, the same mistakes that Dan points out.

I've gotten lots of advice from more successful guys on how to pick up women, and I always thought things like "yeah, but he's more attractive than me." "Yeah, but he's got more money." "He drives a nicer car." "He doesn't come with as much baggage." Blah, blah, blah.

It took me reading The Flow to realize that those things WERE barriers to my success - but not in and of themselves; it was because I allowed them to be barriers in my mind and to destroy my confidence and lower my standards. The Flow technique is helping me to slowly become a natural in picking up whatever women I want, by practicing.

One important note he made was that few to none of us are special cases. I spent years thinking that because I have an ex-wife and a kid and I married a friend who walked all over me at a young age, so now I've come out into the dating world with zero game. I never developed or honed it. But now I am and I know I can be successful with The Flow. It's inevitable - just a matter of time.

Excellent book! It covers everything you need about what to say and how to be confident as you go through a natural pick up. I went from not being able to get a girlfriend to having options with at least six women that I met over the space of a week and a half. I bedded three of them! The other three I lost interest in but its nice to have this power and choice now. I'm kind of in a relationship with one of the women I met but I still want to enjoy my freedom for a while so I am not willing to commit to her. I feel like I want to have a few more sexual hook ups before I get into a serious relationship. It's very exciting to have this power and choice and I have to thank Dan and his book The Flow because if it weren't for him I'd still be looking at porn every week. If any guy reads this who needs help with women I suggest you get Dan's book. It's a life changer!

The stuff that he talks about just works!

My little success story :
At the beginning of 2017 my ex-girlfriend broke up with me after 2,5 years of realtionship. Since then (almost 3 years) I wasn't able to get a girlfriend nor get laid. I just forgot how to talk to girls and make them attracted. I started to feel depressed and lonely. Then I stumbled upon Dan's YouTube videos and after watching few I went ahead and purchased The Flow on audio.

After listening to it twice my whole life, thinking and approaching PEOPLE (not only girls) in general changed!
I managed to get a phone number and a kiss from a randon girl in shopping mall. Man, it really takes just 1-2 minutes of talking! After couple of dates she told me that she liked how confident I were when approached her and start directly talking to her. But this was just to test if Dan's methods work as I did not want relationship at that time.

My next challenge was to re-attract my old ex after almost 3 years of separation. I wrote her, then set up a date. We had nice time and decided to go on another date. On second date with my ex we started kissing and had sex that night. We went ahead and had sex few more times but eventually she was not ready for a full time relationship so we remained friends with benefits :)

But the biggest success was when I started a relationship with an old friend who did not have sexual feelings for me before. We've been dating for over a month now. And all this happened within the 2 months since I bought the Flow!!! For almost 3 years nothing and then boom! Next book that I'm going to buy from Dan will be about the Relationships.

This ebook is excellent. Nothing else I've found online or in bookstores explains attraction and picking up women quite like this. It was so easy to understand and when I used some of the techniques on women it worked immediately because it's about being natural and confident in a relaxed way. I have been getting numbers, sex and girls following up with me for more. Excellent. Nothing compares to this. It works.

Excellent book and has really opened my eyes to attracting women.

Before reading Dan's book, I was pretty insecure when approaching women, how to start a conversation and what to say. I would focus on improving how I look, wearing the right clothes etc. However within days of starting to read this book and with improved self confidence, everything has changed! Initially I was practicing using the techniques with all women - girls at my local gym, in the queue at the supermarket etc., and using Dan's conversation starters in a confident way, you can see their eyes light up and they want to talk to you. It's actually really good fun and built my confidence further.

So far I've been practicing with all women but can now be more selective and start conversations with girls I find really attractive, girls I would previously thought I'd never have a chance with.

Really excellent book and have a completely different approach to talking to women now. If I lived in Australia, I'd definitely take on some personal coaching I know Dan offers. Recommended.

This book is incredibly well structured. The attraction methods such as confidence, charisma and playfully arrogant humor are not only techniques that can spark attraction in any girl, but are also techniques you can use in other areas of life such as making friends.

I purchased the this book after watching Dan's YouTube videos. He is probably the only good dating coach online. I starting reading the book about 3 weeks ago. It completely changed my view on how to talk to woman if you want to make them feel attracted to you.

I had been using what I've learnt from this book when I talk to girls. (Just in general, not even trying to pick them up.) I am surprised at how much attraction those girls had towards me. They were touching me, standing so close to me as I continue to talk and use Dan's attraction techniques on them. At a party, one girl even told me she doesn't want to go back to your friends and she wanted to stay here and talk to me even more. Too bad this girl is engaged... otherwise I would have made a move. On top of that, I haven't gotten to the part of the book where it teaches you how to take it to the next level yet. So I didn't want to mess it up without reading that part of the book.

My final thought; Because of this book, babies will be made, world population will increase if every men on this earth could just learn how to talk to women in the right way.

"It's Groundbreaking stuff"

We have been told everything wrong about dating advice. It's beyond belief how stupid we act in from of ladies to have a chance at getting lucky without understanding attracting a woman is a skill that must be learnt. Attracting Women is a skill that i always wanted to have, so I can get into more fulfilling relationships.

Creating a spark is necessarily the first step that I completed agree with the Author. Often Times we don't know what to say because we don't know the actual principal of how women's psychology and mind works. But this is it. This book answers all of my questions. Author has put in work and crafted an exceptional masterpiece. The book is kept short and appropriate. I especiall ylove that chapter summary was included as the end of each chapter

Most of the dating books designed for men often want them to be a bad boy that's what I hate because want to stay true to myself and comfortable with who I am first. This book is just perfect in terms of learning and practice.

Can't recommend to anyone, especially because of Dan Bacon and "The Modern Man's" predatorial practices.

If judging based only on the contents of the book, I'd give a 3/5 stars, but the ridiculous price, currently $97, the overhype by the writer, the dozens of likely paid off reviews here (otherwise, how has no one else even mentioned the price?), and the fact that the book is a cheap, poorly written PDF e-book with grammatical mistakes drop it all the way down.

I can't see how anyone buys a $97 e-book of this nature, reads the ultimate message of "be playfully arrogant and get laid," and genuinely think they got their money's worth.

Dan Bacon and his company are only pawns benefiting from the predatorial PUA industry. No matter how much he and others distance themselves from the term "PUA," since modern day it's synonymous with "incel," they are praying on the insecurities of lonely, socially maladjusted men who dream of being desired and "proving" to themselves and the world they deserve love.

Spoiler alert - your body count increasing solely from your desparateness won't stop you from hating yourself. Self-help is the only true dating advice. Yet, dating coaches like Dan Bacon sell you the "secret" you're missing that will save you decades of learning, for the low price of a $97 e-book, that desperados like past me actually fall for.

If you need any more proof, actually read the conditions of the 30-day money back guarantee of this product and see if you still think it isn't shady and predatorial.

I decided to read this book since I am a big fan of Dan's YouTube channel and his way of approaching the whole pickup scene is quite different and more down to earth than most "gurus" out there. That being said, I cannot recommend this book. It is a dreadful read (which is understandable, he is not a writer) that was getting me actively upset due to the amount of repetition every single sentence. This book could be condensed to like 50 pages if you take out all of the paragraphs that were just repeating what he said beforehand. Because of this I just speed-read until it was over, which is a shame. I would recommend that you stick to his YT channel if you would like to learn his methodology and skip this book since you will probably not learn anything new if you've been following his work for a while.

The main aspects of his approach is basically this (in a very condensed explanation): displaying attractive traits is the most important thing when it comes to picking up women. He goes on to explain how he does it and it's very realistic and works quite well having tested some of the stuff myself. It mainly comes down to having confidence, being your authentic self, assuming girls like you from the get go and using what he calls "Playfully Arrogant Humor". It has a lot of examples on how to conduct yourself/conversations and create the sexual spark that makes women attracted to you.

This book, like the author is nothing short of amazing. Got back into the dating world after quite a few years of marriage and I thought dating would be a lot easier than it was. I mean it's easy to date - not as easy to have a good date. My dates would always start off good and then the conversations would just seem to get a little boring and I just couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. After listening to The Flow on audio, my life literally changed to awesome. I kept my dates interested in conversation, got them exited and I was having all sorts of great experiences with them. The flow helped retrain my brain into knowing exactly what to say. The author gives plenty of examples but he really does help retrain the brain so you think of what to say on your own. I would give more than 5 stars if the option was there. There was another "dating program" I bought before The Flow which was OK and learned a couple things but The Flow is sooooooo much better and I learned so much from it. Now I believe I've found the one and only girl that is right for me but I'm not sure I would have been able to get her without the confidence I had gotten from the The Flow.

This book is awesome! It provides an excellent source of information on the topic of understanding the female mindset and how women think when they interact with members of the opposite sex. After reading this book I immediately noticed a change in my approach to women and how I saw myself in those interactions. This change was apparent in the response began to get from women as they now saw me as a price worth working and competing for. This response was a result of their attraction to me as a confident, exciting and interesting man who would be worth getting to know on a more intimate level. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to make improvement in this area of their life.

I have lost jobs, been investigated, and asked to leave places because I didn't know how to interact with girls. I decided I had to bring a woman from Russia, then Ukraine, and both cases ended in disaster. What I was really attracted to in Dan Bacon's book was the confidence building information he presents. After reading this book I was able to approach a girl at the supermarket and chat about food, then walk outside and calmly wait in my car as a police raid went on around me. I thought oh no, I've done it again. But no, they were after someone else. Studying this book and integrating its message has helped me build confidence I sorely needed and to this day I am using his advice to continue my journey.

This information has been the anvil I needed to forge a new me. 10/10

Dan Bacon is a man with a genuine concern. This is reflected in his work: The Flow. Basically The Flow guides through from what to say from the first conversation into a relationship. What makes it outstanding is the explanation of these steps in an easily digestible way, thus making it easy to use theory in practice. Another strengths of The Flow is its motivational dimension which can be a great help for one who may have less confidence in the subject matter. All in all I do recommend to read the book as it does have the potential to open new doors in an easy, encouraging way.
