Guatemalan poet and revolutionary.

In 1954 Castillo fled to El Salvador after an pro-American coup. In 1966 he returned and joined the guerilla struggle with the Rebel Armed Forces.

In 1967 he was captured, after four days of torture he was burned alive.

Militant but romantic, political but personal. Beautiful poems by a martyred revolutionary.

ديوان شعري عدد ٩٠ صفحة للشاعر الغواتيمالي اوتو رينيه كاستيو وبترجمة حسين عبدالزهرة مجيد لدار المعقدين من العراق - البصرة.
بعد تلقي التفائل من مقدمة المترجم الخاصة بتجربته الشخصية مع الشاعر فاقني الحماس للأطلاع لكن سرعان ما اختفى بخيبة الأمل في المحتوى، إنها قصائد عادي وليست ذات أبداع كبير..
