An unusual book to add to Goodreads, but thought I'd have it here regardless. My initial impression was that the CFAI text was quite lengthy and boring, but in the days leading up to the exam, I realised that reading the curriculum is the way to go. I wish they formatted it a little better and tried to keep it a little crisp.
A great collection of books which allows the reader to explore financial analytics, investments and etc.
The contents of this collection are based on CFA exam structure which include ethic, quantitative analysis, financial reporting, equity investment, alternative investment, derivatives, portfolio management, and many more. However, some contents are pretty hard to grasp for a beginner. To fully utilize the knowledge from the collection, reading along with finding real examples elsewhere is highly recommended.
Comprehensive curriculum that is a solid introduction to numerous financial topics. Some topics can use work to increase clarity, but what would be the fun in that?
