El lector no debe olvidar pedir las claves de las herramientas online, que incluyen presentaciones en PPT para los académicos o para sintetizar lo aprendido. Los casos de estudio son cortos y puntuales, acorde a lo que se promete en los objetivos de aprendizaje.
