Note to readers: This is an unofficial summary & analysis of Azra Raza's Book, “The First Cell: And the Human Costs of Pursuing Cancer to the Last”, designed to enrich your reading experience.
I decided to look at this summary of First Cell to give me an idea of whether or not I’d like the book. I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for ninety-nine cents, but this was a truly amazing in its worthlessness. It was clearly written by a non-native speaker who is a long, long way from fluent. Grammar and usage were head-shakingly awkward most of the time and occasionally utterly incomprehensible. I applaud the writer’s hubris in even attempting to summarize a fairly technical book without anything close to the skill needed to do the job, but I’m annoyed at Amazon for charging me close to a dollar. I guess a cheap way to learn the value of their Go books series of summaries, though!
