Very helpful for plowing thru this massive book. I have KU so it was free to read. I bought the book months ago...when it first landed on the bookshelves. I am still going thru it. Partly bc it is a real challenge, but I have taken from it what I can make work for me. I do believe this is the way to eat for optimal health and for the planet. I agree it is difficult at times. If you want to know the key concepts this is really helpful.
