Great book. Pretty hard read for me due to the fact that I'm not too familiar with danish writing, I read bokmål norwegian, being a norwegian native. Allthough being very simular the small differences throw me off while reading.

Other than my personal problems reading the danish language, the book is great. It has got a lot of different information about both Faroese as a language, and a country. It tells about the language history and the country's history.

Very familiar with the writer. (He is the creator of the faroese writing language.)
And I am a huge fan of his work, having studied faroese for a bit over a year know.

great book 8/8!
