I'm not going to bother rating this nonsense... it was for school and for a particularly drudging course on organizational psychology, in which we as students began to really loathe our professor for her lack of enthusiasm and investment.
There is a thing called organizational psychology, and that's fine, but often it feels like reducing the beauty and wonder of the human heart to its most mechanistic efficiencies so as to maximize its productivity, and likely make some folks at the top the most money that is possible.
This is the part of "understanding the human experience" that I have no use for, and mostly fight actively against.
Good riddance.
Maybe 1 star for the fact that the book was free, though that maybe goes in tandem with the lack of effort put forth by my professor.
