Really great information… I have used reverse dieting myself to go from a very restrictive 1000-1100 cal per day to 1700 cal per day for the course of one year using this techniques with heavy lifting and a goal to reverse osteoporosis. This book leaves out exactly how to do it which can be terrifying without such a guide. It really works, you are worth the investment.
I was hesitant to buy this book because it's so expensive. But man was it worth it. This is one of the most informative books I've read in a long time. If you're constantly yo-yo dieting this book explains what the hell's going on. Finally there's help out there.
