Since anyone who doesn't think like me is "difficult", it was required reading. I love learning about how people are wired and how to successfully communicate with people who are coming from a totally different place than I am.

I have read this book at least 3 times (likely more), and it is always helpful. And I absolutely love the fun church context that the author puts the book in. This is an easy, informative and fun read.

“If you want a job done, give it to a busy person.”

“Larry Lazy: They tend to avoid responsibility, lack enthusiasm for new projects, and criticize those who take action. They don’t feel these are really weaknesses but good judgment. They know better than to assume responsibility for something they shouldn’t be doing.”page 62

“While you may be able to see through a large list to the goal ahead, Larry Lazy only wants to deal with one item at a time, if that.”

The whole book refers to christianity. All characters are members of a christian parish and the final chapter
contains an in depth analysis of the St. Pauls letter to the
philippians. You may like it or not.
In the end there are real life examples of the methods St.
Paul used in his letter.

Personality Plus was way better than this book.

It was good - I get the reason for the back ground on the characters in order to set the mood for the personalities... just maybe a tad too much almost lost me trying to get a grasp on their history, quirks, etc.

Florence adds her inimitable style to learning how to handle difficult people. Her use of personalities is, as usual, spot on.

The last 4 pages were very helpful. The rest was ok. The scenario used revolved around the members of the church.
