there's some interesting stuff in here

the regular things like

Barbeque Cola Rubs
Brown Sugar Cola Glazed Ham
Mini Meatballs in a Sweet and Spicy Sauce
One-Skillet Mushroom Chicken
Pulled Pork with Cherry Cola Barbeque Sauce
Tangy Baked Pork Chops

so far nothing surprising

---

And the neat stuff like

Big Beefy Chili
Braised Cola Onions and Sausage
Cola-Battered Fried Fish with Lemon Dill Dipping Sauce
Meat and Potato Cola Kabobs with Pineapple
Slow-Cooked Steak Stroganoff
Maple Cola Pancake Stack
Rich Cola Brownies

---

i think it's close to brilliant to see it in chili, sausage recipes, and even beef stroganoff
with a cinnamon and vanilla kick
and a touch of orange oil

and i would never have thought of cola flavoured maple syrup pancakes
or even having it to enrich a brownie recipe

and it would be 30% better with a Boylan's Cane Sugar over the craptastic sweeteners you've seen since Three Mile Island!

Wow! This one’s a keeper!! From appetizers, sauces, main dishes, even a cola-battered fried fish!, on to desserts! The pictures of the recipes just make you drool through the whole book. The recipes I tried were easy to follow, had standard house hold ingredients and tasted great! A nice change of pace in your cooking!
