“Every inspiring story has three things in common dreams, struggles, and victory.”

When we are stuck in struggles, we let mediocrity over-power our potential. That was my story until 2014, I had let my mediocre thinking kill my potential. When I learned more about the mechanism of mind and how to break through mediocrity and reach my next level, there was no looking back.

Today, I work with individuals & small businesses who are tired of mediocre results and want to reach their ultimate level of personal and professional success.

I enjoy speaking & facilitating high-impact workshops on High-Performance Leadership, and Sales.

Layer 1: A storytelling format – Joy and his master (Guru) discuss various issues. Many points emerge that can easily be the guiding light for those who feel trapped in life about various things: decisions, choices, career, goals and so on.

Layer 2: Even if you read only those points in the rectangle, you can find many things to remember and motivate you to move ahead.

Layer 3: There are also sketches in the book that relate to the points being discussed and will add the interest quotient to the content.

Overall, I must say that Sharat Sharma's approach as an author has been superb. He has delivered many important messages to the readers in a very interesting, communicative and comprehensive way. The book will be a wonderful experience!

This is one of its kind books. I should rather say that only one of its kind book and a unique as well. While many self-help authors try to intimidate the readers with bombarding of impossible, unachievable, and too difficult to do tasks, ideas or pompous philosophy, Sharat has taken a different, friendly and rather two-way course of communication. He tales stories. He narrates event fo the past. He gives instant inputs. At the same time, he delivers the crux of the stories, motivational ideas and enlightening thoughts that can stir anyone's mind and instigate them to act instead of sitting along with their thoughts. I think this a wonderful that will be very helpful for the many readers.

The ONE Invisible Code by Sharat Sharma is a simple story of Joy who sees his life turned upside down. This renders him frustrated and lost about everything in life. However, after this, he comes across his master, who becomes instrumental in Joy’s transformation. The master fills him with words of wisdom that change his perception and possibly, the course of his future.

The ONE invisible Code lays down the pathway to achieving remarkable success. It asks one to believe in one’s potential and then adopt an achiever’s mindset to fulfill their dreams. The book promises to help you break free of self-doubts, mediocrity and achieve excellence. It works on one fundamental principle – apply the simple tips to refine yourself and be who you’re meant to be.

I firmly believe in looking inward to find the answers. Lately, I am doing this more often to learn about myself and then improve my life. I also see asking the right questions and paying attention to extensive brainstorming as important to arrive at fruitful conclusions. Some books might help us in directing towards asking the right questions. They aid in looking inside of us and search for the answers. Through Joy and his master’s conversation, I have had the opportunity to involve in the process of introspection. Not to mention, this helped me in strengthening my faith in never giving up on my dreams.

The book is written in lucid language and makes use of a compelling narrative to deliver the key self-help ideas. Along with an interesting storyline, a reader would enjoy this because of illustrations and summarized thoughts (in bullet format). I would appreciate the author for talking about the orbit of mediocrity and of mastery as they provided me valuable insights.

Want to read something motivating with actionable steps? Read this!

The 'One' Invisible Code consisted of ten chapters followed by Sharat Sharma’s short account. This is not a merely normal motivational book. It is a lively account of experiences, ideas, emotions and suggestions because it has a practical approach to the theme that the book deals with... or, I should rather say that the author has applied a practical approach! The conversations between the Master and Joy involve the readers on many occasions and that becomes interesting! I am sure that the readers will learn to deal with real-life situations after reading this book. I recommend it as a must-read book.

The one invincible code : an uncommon formula to breakthrough mediocrity and rise to the next level written by author sharat sharma is a Self-help motivational book about living and creating a happy life.

I don't read Self-help books but this one was so good and I'm glad that i read it. The book is divided into three parts and these parts comprises of several chapters. There's an additional chapter too that gives a peek into the author's own journey.

There's a story about joy in the book whose life turns upside down. He felt so frustrated and lost but finally meets his master who helps joy to overcome his failure by giving him one visible code of success.

The book shows a path on how to think in a positive way, adopt a different mindset and become a better person. It lays down the pathway to achieve the remarkable success. The two important steps to becoming a happy person is to dream and never stop dreaming. The book really helped me in strengthening my faith and never giving up.

The book is really great and valuable. It describes the tools for your success, it motivates
and provokes a feeling for not stopping and moving forward. The author has done a great job with this book. I recommend this book to anyone who is stuck in their life and need some motivation.

It's a well layered book with a good narration style. The language is easy making it a comfortable read for everyone. This is a complete guide to lead a happy and beautiful life. The cover is simple yet impactful. It was a good read for me!

From connecting the dots to the orbits of mastery and mediocrity, the author wonderfully explained, how important it is to know our strengths and weaknesses, how important it is to discover ourselves, how our mindset plays an important role and. A lot more.
From encouraging quotes to exercises to enhance the techniques to practice, with the help of various examples, tables, charts and illustrations, the author explained it all interestingly.

The crisp and engaging writing style, an intriguing narration and the way it is sequenced are commendable. We will learn a new thing from every chapter. The practices shared by the author must be implemented by each one of us, in our personal as well as professional life. It will give you a different perspective towards life.

A must-read book by each one of us. A book that can help us in many ways.

It is one of the best Non-Fiction books I read in 2021. The book has all the elements to change you for good. The author stated that there are only two critical steps to succeed in life and they are the first step and the last step. I loved the idea instantly and it made me hook throughout my completion of the book. It was an exciting read where the author gave exercises after every chapter and to follow them was as exciting as reading. This is the first book that I read in this genre that had illustrations too. The best part of the book was that the author wrote his own quotations in the book instead of borrowing words from other well-known people. The first thing that you will find in this book and it will keep you engaged is the part where he asked what should a person do if he is said that they have a year left? I was dismantled a bit when I read about Anthony Burgess and his passion for writing. That was the real breakthrough. It is not a single read or a one-sitting book. One must enjoy devour every chapter and follow it vehemently. I loved every bit of it. After every exercise, the author has also given few techniques to help one overcome their problems such as self-awareness. The author not only provided quotes but also short tales that help you understand what needs to be done in any circumstances. The invigorating moment comes when he comes across his master who helps him to dwell good habits in him for a good future. The wisdom he shares is priceless.
It is a recommendation for everyone who is feeling blue and wants a breakthrough from their undergoing crisis in life.

Yes, it's an invisible code... yes, it's also an uncommon formula because the author doesn't tell or preach what to do and what not. He has given some story-like anecdotes featuring Joy and his master. They talk about various things. They churn the possibilities and options. Readers need to extract their nectar themselves and rise and shine. The book has a wonderful offering for the readers who feel trapped or dismayed about life... Sharat's approach is wonderful, uncommon for sure, and yet practical enough to work like wonders... do read it!

The One Invisible Code by Author Sharat Sharma is a very well explained in depth and a very practical self-help book. I was looking for a Self-help book that will help me apply the tricks in order to get my task done and this one was much helpful.

The One Visible Code is about how Aspirations, Courage, Discipline, Commitments and other Positive factors overall help us to improve in order to complete our goals. I love how author is trying to explain every bit through a relatable story that are very interesting.

Key features-
~ Well Suitable Title and a bright Cover.
~ The Quotes in between that are highlighted in a seperate Box section grab your attention instantly.
~ The amount of research that Author has done in writing this book is commendable.
~ Different activities and exercises are very helpful to seek answers to the question within us.
~ Beautiful Illustrations made the book more interesting.

And for me personally, the cherry on the cake was how Author has given a setup of Daily Planner which I found very helpful.

I will recommend this one to every individual who is dreamer and want's to find different ways to fulfill those dreams.

Every inspiring story has three things in common: A Dreamer, his struggles and his Victory.

THE ONE INVISIBLE CODE By SHARAT SHARMA written in a very meticulous manner. The book is divided into three parts emphasizing to -
Firstly, What it feels like, then Why it feels that way and following How can you make it better.

A self-help book narrated in a fictional form that makes it stand out from others portrays the story of the protagonist in a manner that connects readers, motivates them and inspire them to make themselves better.

Everyone goes through different phases in their life. But the one who doesn't give up is the real winner. Failing should not be the option. Sometimes you get everything you want but in another moment you lose it too that doesn't mean you failed it means destiny has planned something greater than that when you were wishing for a rose destiny chose the whole garden for you. Keep moving and never giving up is the only option that should be in your bucket.

A book is written in lucid language that keeps on encouraging on every step and gives a full package to readers on how to keep going and not get stuck.
As they say, the biggest risk in life is not failing, it is not making progress and staying stuck.

To summarise, Book teaches us to know ourselves (self-Awareness), Accept ourselves (Acceptance), Work on them (Progress) and Set a Goal and keep going (Growth).

Learning is an ongoing process. One must know all internal fights as well as external factors to hit success professionally and personally.

The one Invisible Code is one such book focused on success with amazing storyline. This is a gem to read as the most important point that the book talks about is the Orbit of Mastery and Orbit of Mediocrity.

One must have an escape velocity to exit the orbit of Mediocrity and land with the success. There must be consistency to fight all the battles inside with awareness.

The plot revolves around Joy who was fired from his job with charges of infidelity. He was lost with his thoughts and planned a trip to Himachal Pradesh. During flight he met Masterji, and he unfolded all the secrets of life to Joy and enlightened his path to success.

This book teaches the importance of zeal and enthusiasm in hard times. It also deals with interesting stories which help connect with what authors tends to explain.

Reading this gem is in itself an experience. I enjoyed all three part of this book. Although this book wasn't as per my high expectations. But I loved the plot and accepted all life changing learnings.

If it weren't for those tiny boxes full of life defining quotes, this book failed to impress me. (I beg to differ from the rest), midway I lost interest and had to hold this book for quite some time. Few days back mustered up courage to finally complete it (after all can't leave a book half finished-all bookworms know that).

Surely a great help book, guiding us about 3Cs and discipline but nothing we haven't heard of before. A different and more engaging narrative would have been better.

Personal recommendations:
If anyone really wanna have that one book, the one you can keep going back to when life seems difficult - '5 AM CLUB' by Robin Sharma may be the perfect one.
I have read it, implemented it and have seen wonders it did to my life- personal n professional. ✨

The ONE Invisible Code: An Uncommon Formula To Breakthrough Mediocrity And Rise To The Next Level
by Sharat Sharma
It is a self help book that inspires and motivates readers to transform and shape their life for good. However, unlike other self help books it just doesn't provides Mantra's. Rather it shows us journey. I loved that aspect of the book. Author tells us story of a Joy who is at the pit falls, and because of that he is frustrated and bitter. He meets a master/Guru that helps him change his life. Their conversations with one another do enlighten readers. Also, through character of joy we get emotionally attached to it. He works like a binder or glue that binds the whole story together.

Being a self help book we get abundance of information to help ourselves. It can get overwhelming sometimes, having everything in excess. But author has also taken care of that by providing charts and diagrams for the easier comprehension and understanding of us.

Apart from Joy we also get to know about other people and their inspiring journeys.

Writing style and language was lucid and easy to understand. Wording was simple. Author focused more on advise than on words. There were also quotes from random successful people, so even if you read that just to get the daily boost of inspiration that will also do.

Overall the book is short, simple yet powerful. It felt like talking to the mentor directly than reading it or referring from the book. If you are starting with new journey then this is the book for you. If you are in journey then this is the book for you. If you are tired or at loss then also it is the book for you.

Basically, it is a book for everyone. Everyone must read it.

"When the world wants to give up, the dreamer says : Quitting is not an option."

This book is titled as, "The One Invisible Code" which is penned by Sharat Sharma in the year 2020. The writer stepped into entrepreneurship at the age of 20. After 3 years he moved to gain corporate experiences. After 2013, he was able to coach 100s of organisations including the fortune 500 companies. He aims to inspire people and maximize their potential. As a result, one can multiply the results attained. Due to a noteworthy contribution in the field of education, he was awarded
“Young Entrepreneur For Business Excellence".

This is such an engaging and inspiring read indeed. The writer has mentioned the techniques and ideas which are absolutely practical. The book is completely meant for dreams who wishes to achieve big. The blue print provided by the writer showcases the principles and ideas which to maximize one's potential.

The book is divided into 3 parts. The language is simple and easy to comprehend. Even beginner level readers can understand the concepts as they are simplified. The tone is motivational and friendly as well. The writing style is engaging and genuine. Of all the chapters 3C's and 5Ds is my favourite. It appears to sum up all the information that is said earlier. The usage of real life incidents in the book appears to prove the point stated by the writer.

The writer has followed the technique of storytelling to the convey concepts. The usage of diagrammatic representations and illustrations gives a visualising effect undoubtedly. The usage of motivational quotes is a cherry to the cake indeed. Overall such an enthusiastic read deserves appreciation. Henceforth this thought provoking book is recommended to all.

This book is like a motivation to fulfill your dreams. The book gives us all the necessary knowledge and wisdom for fulfilling our dreams. From the very starting of the book, the reader gets the vibes that the author is really committed to his goal and wants us to fulfill our dreams without giving up. He shares the right strategies for doing so. The book into divided into different parts which are further divided into different chapters which are: connecting the dots, the orbit of mastery and mediocrity, Mindest, Owing the Truth, Discovering the Invisible code, the aspirations, the beliefs, 3Cs, 3Ds.

I really liked all the chapters but the most that stayed even longer with me was ‘ Mindset ‘ and the tiger story in it remained longer with me.
“There are two forces that shape your life – Aspirations of the future and our current mindset.”

Language is easy and lucid. The writing style is engaging as there are a lot of short stories and quotes written by different people and quotes written by the author himself. Stories make it easy for us to remember the lessons which might otherwise be difficult. And most of the stories which were referred here, I had already read but it was after reading the book I understood the lessons they gave. The way quotes are written in bigger fonts make them very appealing. I really appreciate the way book is structured .Pictures make one to be more involved in the book. Moreover, there are insights to chapters and there are exercises to be done. So, one needs to read the book slowly, taste every word and follow the words of wisdom.

The way dialogues are setup between joy and that middle aged man in the aero plane is really beautiful. When joy was asking certain questions, I felt as if even I wanted to ask them. That is why I enjoyed the book even more. I really liked that I got reference of the book ‘ The Inner Game of work’ by Tim Gallwey. I really look forward to read this book as well.

Cover page is beautiful. The choice of font, format, color of background and foreground is good but while I was reading the book, I felt the cover design could have been better and more engaging, rather than a simple one. But then again, opinions can be different from person to person. Title is really beautiful that really made me curious what is the invisible code about. It was only when I read the book from cover to cover I realized that what’s the code.

If you have given up on your dreams, then this book is a must read to rekindle the fire within you and to follow your dreams and fulfill them. This book will be like a perfect guide for you.

Sometimes when we see the success of others, either we feel jealous or think it was just luck for them and take everything for granted. We try to overlook the most difficult part i.e. their struggle and pain they have received.

There is nothing in this world that can be achieved without struggle. This book doesn’t guarantee your success, but it will try to make sure you are on a right track. The author has tried to make sure his words were simple and easy to understand and every single statement in this book is explained with an example of struggle.

The author has tried to simplify the process of rediscovering the enthusiasm for those who have lost their beliefs in struggles, so he made a guide in this book where should a person begin with such as when the author doesn’t have a clue what to do in his own life so, he borrowed 100RS/- from his mother to print visiting cards even though he doesn’t have any idea what the business is all about and where he should start from.

The most important skill or knowledge I gathered from this book was, the GAPP analysis and this is one of those things I most liked. If you breakdown the GAPP,
1. Be Grateful
2. Defining Aspirations
3. Progress Centric Actions
4. Set the Priorities right

I liked how well the author has tried to explain this chapter with diagrams and notes, secondly, there was another thing he explained that we should be limitless and not be that person who can’t think out of the box. We must take challenges unless we take challenges we won’t grow and we will become worthless at one point of time, such as we must cope with the technology otherwise we won’t be able to cope with the changes required by the industries we work within.

Masterpiece

Masterpiece

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. And one great effort towards success makes us victorious. First, we have to dream about the goal and then we have to keep trying until it's been accomplished.

Here, an inspiring story is written well which shows a journey of a dreamer from the upside-down. It is exhilarating and more encouraging for all.

"The one invisible code" by Sharat Sharma represents codes of success and development. Here, the story of Joy, a dreamer is well expressed where he fell in his life. Sometimes failure makes a person angry, frustrated and broken. But, it's needed to overcome our failure by doing great efforts.

The same situation Joy was feeling, he became angry and broken from inside. It's said that a true dreamer is someone who not only dreams but walks by faith to actively pursue what they envision. Destiny had decided differently for Joy.

Somehow Joy met his master and he helped Joy to overcome his failure by giving him one invisible code of success. Which gives you a wwell-definedprocess to be successful in life. This book is a masterpiece for all. I would like to thank the author for his great effort.

Everyone has failed and everyone will fail again. We sometimes forget that all successful people have failed, but they did not stop after their failures. ... So do not be afraid of failure, it is a part of your road to success. One invisible code is such an inspiring story and Joy is a strong character. It's a good read.

The one invisible code by Sharat Sharma is a self help motivational and truly a lovely book ,in which whole secrets to live and have a happy life is defined. This is the story of a young and successful corporate leader whose life turns upside down from having a successful career to nothing in the blink of an eye. Because of these events his aspirations turns into anger, anxiety, frustration, self-doubt and makes him to run away from all his struggles. But destiny has a different plan wherein he accidentally meets his master who helps him rediscover his potential by sharing "The ONE Invisible Code" with him which turns him into a successful entrepreneur and an influential leader.

This is a kind of book which not even a single human on earth can get bored while reading it. This book guides us to develop a positive attitude, motivates us and also gives guidance to set and achieve our goal.

A book of treasures. Such a powerful book, you can read, whenever and where ever and you will still learn something new from it every time.

In one sense, this book is a construction manual. It describes the tools you will need for success, and offers blueprints to help you build a successful and rewarding life. In a second, sense, it is a cookbook. It lists the ingredients and the principles you will need to follow to become successful and gives you the recipe for mixing them in the correct proportions. But, above all, this is a guidebook a step by step that will take you from dreaming about success to unlocking your potential for success.

This book has an interesting narration as this is a fictional plot yet it serves the motive of non fictional book too. We generally come across a motivational book which is inspiring and guides the reader to lead a life on few particular terms to become successful from the very beginning of his career. This book is a little different from the typical books based on motivation, this piece focuses on the protagonist, who is quite successful in his professional life and is leading the life that he wished for. Unfortunately, as life is unpredictable, his world is turned upside down and he is brought back to the point from where he had to begun in the past. This incident affected his mental peace more than anything and he was left devastated by his own emotions at this failure.
The ray of hope comes with the master, he brings back the life to our protagonist's journey and made him realize the meaning he was missing out in his journey to be the successful entrepreneur and an influential leader.
The author has indeed presented an interesting yet comfortable read for all the readers. Anyone from any age-group can easily connect with the characters penned down in this book. I loved the narration and language used is this. The language used is lucid and the narration is kept simple and easy making it a good read. It was a treat to read such books.

Sharat Sharma's best-selling title The ‘One’ Invisible Code is different. The things that make it different are Exercises, like ABCDE Exercise that asks the readers to write the answers as per their real-life situations, extending the queries to the blank spaces for Energization. I did not see any book giving such tasks... self-help idea taken to the next level and really indulging the readers to help themselves! WOW!

This book is live, as much live as it can talk to you, advise you, and narrates real stories that you enjoy and get inspired by reading.

The 'One' Invisible Code is unmatched to the books, nowadays, that is being written. It gives you formulae, stories, conversations, tips and guidance that make it entirely different. It does not bother you showing only dream-land rather concretise it as day-to-day realities. All chapters are equally important as they deal with different aspects. I am confident that the readers will be engineering their career in a better direction after reading this book thoroughly. Sharat comes with a decorated educational background and he must be congratulated for this book!

This book is for the dreamers. The dreamers who have buried their dreams under societal, familial, personal limitations & fears. This book is an eye-opener for those who want to improve how they achieve their goals. It tells us how to connect "SMART" goals with emotion & passion. This passion would ultimately bring satisfaction when the SMART goals are complete.
My favourite chapters were “The Orbit of Master” & “The Orbit of Mediocrity”. These chapters put a unique insight into my own life and career. It put into focus on what myself. How I have slipped into the orbit of mediocrity limited by my lack of self-awareness. And also by the limitation of my capacities & capabilities. This book has been an eye-opener on my own thinking and given me precious insight on how I am “dumb-downing” myself because of my comfort, my laziness and my distractions from the actual goal.
Thanks to the author for such a book! I relished it and would incorporate the principles written in this book.

Last Sunday, I got the opportunity to read this book. After reading this book, I find myself very excited and energetic after a long time. COVID-19 pandemic has affected each of us in all aspects. There are ten chapters in this book, but the eighth chapter inspired me a lot as it talks about the role beliefs in my career. Unlike other motivational books that simply talk and gives the examples of successful personalities, it points out step by step guide to being the one in real life. And therefore, I would recommend this one without any hesitation!

The one invisible code by Sharat Sharma is a self-help motivational book.

This is surely the best book I have grabbed to date. Everything is so precise and to the point. As if Sharat knows what was exactly needed and gave the same.

This book will help each individual in reaching their full potential and achieving success both in professional and personal life,
This book will guide you to the right path.

The main protagonist is Joy a young successful corporate leader. One day joy's life gets turned upside down.
He was frustrated and lost somewhere in his life. His only thought is to run away from all his struggles. But destiny has a different plan.

The book inspires you with lots of stories with lessons and also has exercises to apply the lessons.
The topics like the orbit of mediocrity, the orbit of mastery, 3Cs and 5Ds

I've read a lot of self help books, but a self help book with a story in it isn't a common one.
The book is divided into chapters, and every now and then a box of quotation is found, which is really thoughtful.

This book is a stepping stone to make us all dream, and aspire for things, no matter what others say. This book will surely lead into making us all dream, and go behind it with all the strength we have in ourselves.

The author have shared alot of practical knowledge, and there's no unrealistic hopes or imaginations in here. This book is a serious game changer.

The book moves with a smooth flow, everything is so neatly written, that any one can clearly understand what the author is trying to convey. There's no much color to the pages, yet the content will surely give us colors in our lives.

The book moves with a fast pace, and there's no single lag or unnecessary talks in the book. Overall a great book.
