Roz saw her first book, Red Hot Pepper, published by Harlequin Books in February 1990. She has written for several Harlequin series lines as well as special projects and online serials. Besides being a writer Roz has worked as a medical secretary and as an administrative assistant for both an elementary school and a community college. Part of her love for writing came from moving around with her husband during his tenure in the Marine Corps and later as a telephone engineer. The richness of settings and diversity of friendships she's experienced continue to find their way into Roz's stories.
I read this as part of my goal to review my old reads. I used to be obsessed with amnesia in romances. This is actually pretty thorough compared to others with a full backstory to the amnesia as well as it being a running plot throughout the book. My biggest issue is that the sex is apparently magic enough to restore memories. I also wasn't a fan of the fact that amnesia apparently completely removed her entire personality excused as her Mum gave her a fake backstory. It was okay, more original than other amnesia plots of the genre.
TO MY SUPRISE THE BOOK WASN'T BAD IF ANYTHING IT WAS GOOD! I ENJOYED READING IT. I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DOWN HOME BACK WOODS NOVEL.
