This is a book both for people new to working in agile (Salesforce) teams, but also for those experienced in agile. It offers a structured overview of agile concepts delivered by stories that are very relatable and fun to read. Oftentimes people find themselves working in agile teams but have no clue to the why behind all the steps and ceremonies. For me, this solidified my agile understanding. I've shared the book as a gift with colleagues in several agile Salesforce teams I am working with to assist them in delivering more value and am really looking forward to putting Ines's tips into practice.

Tangible, practical tips with brilliant real life stories. This book applies not just to salesforce professionals or agile seekers, it's for an easier life. Ines relates to some many different areas that cross many of our working paths. It's an easier read, that brings a smile, as well as enabling me to to bring and thiink of different ways to support my team and other areas of the organisation.

I love Ines' style, and after reading her second book (Sustainable Happy Profits), I'm certainly hoping she'll write more!
